It’s taken me some time to gather up my thoughts to review this clinic. I am deeply disappointed with the way my recent (and last) visit to VCA Miracle Mile was handled. My beloved senior pet was in severe distress after Hurricane Milton and needed assistance passing and it was clear that euthanasia was the kindest option to prevent further suffering. However, when I asked for assistance in ending my pet's pain, I was informed that the procedure couldn’t be done due to their exorbitant prices and my financial constraints at the time. I understand that veterinary care can be costly, but when a pet is suffering, I believe that compassion and care should come first. I left the clinic devastated, with my little dog seizing and slowly dying, feeling that my pet’s well-being was disregarded in favor of financial considerations. It’s heartbreaking to think that a clinic that is meant to provide care and comfort could turn away an animal in need due to money. I never made it past the front desk as I was in tears with my little dog on her side actively seizing, foaming at the mouth, and crying in agony in the lobby, which was full of clients and their pets. While I’m sure this clinic offers good care in other circumstances, I cannot recommend them to anyone in need of urgent or end-of-life care. My experience has left me questioning the values of this practice. RIP, my little best friend. We’ll meet again soon.

I took my new buddy Fredo the cat to VCA Miracle Mile, he was in bad shape. They took such good care of me, I instantly knew that we were going to be okay. I can't say enough about the doctor and staff, the price was so reasonable, I couldn't even complain about that. I would recommend any of my friends to bring their beloved ones here.

I take my almost 16-year old cairn terrier here for his basic care, and this weekend we ended up at Colonial Animal Hospital because VCA is closed on Sundays, and he was straining to urinate. The experience there very chaotic and stressful. I setup my dogs procedure there and woke up Monday just knowing I should not take him there for the procedure. I called VCA first thing, they put Dr. Bradley on the line asap and she explained everything in a way that made me feel calm and trusting of where I was about to take my baby. Their office seems to run smooth with everyone being very kind and knowledgable. They showed me where he would be staying, explained the paper work in a non-overwhelming way, and called me to update me on him multiple times. Dr. Bradley texted me this morning asking how he was. And had him come in for a check where they accomodated him by coming out to the car. Highly recommend! Most importantly my guy made it through his procedure, which I was very nervous about! 10/10!

I cannot say enough praise at my experience tonight. My fur baby Zoey is 14 and she has been under the weather and I know the time is coming to make tough decisions. Sarah was absolutely amazing and so patient, kind and compassionate; my Zoey is a tough cookie and Sarah won her over .. Dr Bradley answered all of my questions and made me feel Zoey was in good hands. When the time comes to help my Zoey over the rainbow bridge, Sarah and Dr Bradley and staff are my first choice to help guide me through the process.

My dog needed biopsy on a big hard mass because she is limping and we don’t know what it is. The needle biopsy was over $200 as expected and the results were to come in 7-10 days. 36 hours after the vet visit I received a text: Results of Biopsy:the dog has red and white blood cells and we don’t know what the mass is. Get more biopsy’s and we will give you a reduced price on the next ones. I requested they email me the written results and got no response. I asked that they call and I received no return call. Please know that after reading this, their manager got in touch with me and Lulu went to see them a second time. The vet spent time with Lulu, she straightened out the vaccine and paperwork problems and she is ok to travel now. Regarding the mass on her leg, we did another type of biopsy and now we have a good idea of what it is and have a couple of options on how to handle the situation. I’m very happy they took the initiative to contact me to solve the problem and we will continue to use their services.
