A friend recommended me this place, I was so scared to take them and just to find another mean veterinarian. For my surprise, Dr. Sears was the most wonderful human ❤️ from the first moment that she entered the room my girls felt comfortable as well as me, she is very loving and actually cares for the health on your little ones. I expressed her all the issues and when I tell you that I’m extremely anxious and annoying white my dogs it’s because I’m, Dr. Sears answered all questions and even gave me more information, she made me feel comfortable enough to trust her the both love of my life ❤️. She did an amazing job with them and I can assure you that the recovery of Bella and Lea has been wonderful. Fully recommend Dr. Sears ✨

Dr Tran and her team do an incredible job. I have been going there as long as they have been open. While our dog passed recently after 15 great years they were very supportive and highly recommend them. Can’t say enough good things about them.

I brought my dog to this hospital for an urgent issue, and while the medical care itself was satisfactory, the pricing was completely unreasonable. In a moment of distress, when my dog needed immediate attention, I feel like they took advantage of the situation to overcharge me significantly—nearly three times what I ultimately paid for the actual surgery elsewhere.

So very thankful a friend referred me to VCA many yrs ago. The staff are always friendly, welcoming & eager to help in anyway. They took excellent care of my fur baby right up until the end of her 18.5yrs of life. Feeling helpless & heartbroken near the end, Dr. Tran cried with me when I broke down in her office. A week after my girl’s passing, I get the most thoughtful card in the mail from the wonderful staff at VCA. Thank you all so much for everything. When I have the heart to get another pet, I’ll be back! 🐾❤️

I have to say at first did not have a good vibe felt that because I had a rescue and the 2 wk follow up was free they just saw my dog patted him on head and sent us on our way. Here, to say not the case, the follow-up and care they give was great the staff is extremely friendly and very gentle with the dogs. I got my puppy in Aug and he still had some kennel cough they gave me medication and followed up checking on him the next day. I was also sent home with the remaining medication for the rest of the yr to give him at no cost. During his 2nd follow-up, they recommended shots that were not part of what the SPCA gives. I did not have to take the shots it was just a recommendation they did not pressure me into any package (needless to say, I did the shots), which was very reasonable. After getting home my puppy was just lying there, I got worried and emailed them a picture, and they responded right away, letting me know that was normal. Then, followed up again the next day, making sure all was ok. The follow up is what I love. They will send text or emails. I also asked about DNA testing, and the VET was like we do it, but u can get a kit off Amazon, and it is cheaper...like, wow!!! Vet who is not about just making money and will tell u other options that is cheaper LOVE IT!!!! I told my son to bring his dog to VCA, I highly recommend VCA Kelliwood.
