5/5 best vet ever, went above and beyond and addressed my dog’s sickness and helped inject some medicine on the spot. Were very patient, with both my dog and myself lol, and helped me understand all the necessary steps to proceed with my dogs cough and illness.

The customer service is outstanding. Dr. Love was awesome with Sincere. She answered my questions and was so patient and gentle. Marina my tech was absolutely awesome. She was so friendly and caring. She provided World Class customer service. Thank you. I must say I’ve been to many Vets in my life and Dr. Love and Marina are the second team that I’m absolutely impressed with. They didn’t rush me or loose patience with Sincere because she is 17. They were just awesome. Sincere embraced them. Something she doesn’t usually do with people. Again thank you. I feel so much better.

THEY KILLED MY CAT!!!! DO NOT trust these people, Dr. Love and staff are careless & more worried about getting off shift than helping animals. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. they gave my cat a steroid shot that killed him within 30 minutes. I had a young,healthy cat who was sick for the first time in his life. & they recommended a shot knowing the potential side effects. I trusted their expertise only to read online HUNDREDS of cats die from steroid shots. it's almost like these demons did it on purpose.

We can always count on VCA Hualapai to take care of our cats. They get us in quickly and have the most caring vets and staff.
