The staff at VCA Hollywood (specifically dermatologist, Dr. Hnot and her wonderful aide, Cristina) was fantastic when working with my dog, Rosie. They were kind, compassionate and thorough. They were extremely attentive both before and during our appointment, answering all our questions, carefully confirming essential details, and providing crucial tips and recommendations for continuing her care. And they were honest and didn't push for any nonessential or ineffective treatment. I feel so lucky we found them!

We came to this vet stricken, worried, in crisis, with a 12-year-old beautiful cream Labrador Service Dog critically ill. We had a GoFundMe; but the community seemed to be holding its breath after Hurricane Milton tore through Florida. Dr. Young is the most brilliant and empathetic, understanding, educated doctor I have literally ever seen. We came to a decision to take my Good Girl home with natural herbs and let her live. This doctor is young, sincere, and was with me every step of the way. He gave us information—saved us money—even let me have a good cry. We made our decision and —best of all—Baby Girl will be going Home!!!

I brought my puppy to VCA for his first wellness checkup and Dr. (Kevin) Ramirez was terrific. I was able to get a same-day appointment and the care received exceeded expectations.

I saw Dr. Murphy and she was really good. However, my pet needs an important Surgery and I was short $50. They will not budge on the price...so I have to wait another 2 weeks to get the balance of the money and Pray that nothing gets worse within that time. The procedure is well over $2,000, and with such a high price they should work with me for $50. Disappointed!

I truly had the best experience from start to finish! From the friendly lady who set my appointment to the one who checked me in and out, everyone was so helpful and kind. Dr. Hnot was incredibly thorough, took the time to listen to all my concerns, and was fantastic with my dog. Christina, who assisted her, was equally wonderful. I felt that my pet and I were in great hands throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend and so grateful!
