VCA Falcon Village Animal Hospital

I’ve had mostly great experiences with this hospital location until yesterday. I scheduled an appointment for my dog because it was suggested he have an exam done, but after talking with a representative I opted out of the exam for a future appointment. I was under the impression that my dog would at least still be able to do a routine wellness exam (which I believe is covered under his care club plan I pay for monthly), but then I found out that he was never even seen by the doctor. He was turned away despite me never canceling the appointment just the exam. I would have appreciated he be allowed to see the doctor even if he did not have a specific exam today because I would like to continue monitoring his weight and just making sure there isn’t anything I may have missed. It’s just disappointing that I pay for this plan so that he may have the opportunity for these kinds of visits only to have him turned away when “he doesn’t need it.” How would we know he doesn’t need it if he has not even been seen?

What a great experience! I brought my senior pup after having not such a great experience at another vet, and the difference here was night and day. They really took time to listen and get to know my dog, and come up with great ideas to help her have her best life. A big thank you to Mike and Dr. Rich, we'll see you next time!

Came to VCA Suwanee today per recommendation from Fulton Co Animal Shelter/Lifeline - just adopted my new little pittie girl 2 days ago and brought her in this morning for a wellness check / Spay incision check / and some nasal discharge, etc. she acquired from being in the shelter. Mike and Darlene were both lovely - they took great care of us and were super friendly. Dr. Gresham was great, too. I also love that they have their own app with medication reminders and contact options. We were thoroughly impressed with the hospitality we received - 5 stars all around.

This vet office is amazing! They take Care of me and my pups Apollo and Onyx every time we come in here. I work with puppies and I suggest everyone to this clinic! They are always willing to help you and they are extremely knowledgeable about their job. Best Vet Clinic out there!!! (oh, and it’s super affordable!!)

I have been taking my dog to this hospital since 2020. Our experience has been good up until today. I had a puppy care plan through them and cancelled it. There is a remaining balance on that which we are still paying on. I called in 12/5/24 to make the payment but because of the amount or the amount of time that has passed, only a supervisor can remedy the remaining balance. The supervisor wasn't in on the 5th. However, They were able to take my new credit card information but no one has called me to follow up. I was under the impression that this would automatically deduct from my card. Today, I called vca to find out pricing for the vaccinations that my pet will need. The rep that I spoke to said that she is unable to tell me the price or book an appointment since I still have the outstanding balance. I am not sure what one has to do with the other. She acted as if telling me the breakdown was too much of a problem. Excuse me, but isn't this apart of your job? If I was coming as a new patient, is this how you would handle financial questions? My husband ended up calling and speaking to her after I hung up. He was asking her straightforward questions and she became combative. Customer service was lacking. She eventually transferred us to a supervisor once she didn't feel like answering questions, i guess. She transferred us to Becca. She was very helpful and sent us a breakdown of pricing via email. Thank you Becca! Unfortunately, I still have to give this review 1 star even though Becca saved the day. That experience with that rep was completely unnecessary. I hope someone provides her with better training the next time. The first rule in customer service is to never tell a customer "I don't know"... transfer the customer to someone else who can further assist to avoid such a unfortunate interaction.
