Oct 15, 2024 · Melanie ThompsonAmazing staff and Doctor. Brought my Husky in and they took great care of both of us. So warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable I felt comfortable leaving my baby in good hands. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of us!
May 20, 2023 · Stacey WhiteUnderstaffed! We brought our dog in at 2;30 pm because he was in pain from possibly dislocating his hip. They triaged him and did give him pain medication. At 10:30 pm we finally talked to the doctor who told us yes, he’s not putting any weight on the leg and they would like to X-ray it. We asked how long that would take. Maybe another hour or two. Can’t believe they are so understaffed that it takes 8 hours to see the doctor who then tells you that she doesn’t really know what’s wrong with your dog because they haven’t taken X-rays yet. Go to the emergency vet on Kearny Villa road. They are much better. We only went to this one because they’re closer and our dog was in so much pain. Never again.
Jul 15, 2024 · Vesna VWe took our amazing French Bulldog to this hospital and the team was knowledgeable, kind, loving, and amazing. He was treated very well and so were we. I highly recommend.
Sep 25, 2024 · Jill FaucherDr. Huston and her techs are the best! I love the cardiology team and the receptionists are always sweet. I had an okay experience with a criticalist when I brought my pet through the ER, she wasn’t the warmest doctor but they did a good job taking care of my dog. I work at another specialist and recommend Dr. Huston to everyone!
