My beloved 19 year old cat was euthanized there. I felt no empathy or sympathy from the vet. Just killed the cat and left the room. There I sit with my deceased cat, heart broken. I had to ask for a box or bag. I guess they thought I should just carry my dead cat out the door.. Staff was kind but I would not recommend using this hospital for senior animals especially end of life.

My Metro has been going to VCA El Rancho Animal Hospital since he came to me from the Mojave Desert at 6-8 wks young and has been cared for by Dr. Siringo and Staff. He is to date 8 yrs young and thriving well. The Love and caring that Dr. Siringo has for animals reflects onto his Staff they are "Wonderful" from the front desk to the very back. My Metro has been blessed having Dr. Siringo caring for him through the yrs. and the Staff who handle my #1 with love from the first day we entered 8yrs ago. A Doctor and Staff you can "trust" your loved one with. Who no matter when or what answers your calls and questions. Just an Awesome Group Because "Trust" makes all the difference in the world. I am Thankful to God for Dr. Siringo and the Staff for the care and love they give my Metro.

We just switched to VCA El Rancho. Best decision! The staff is friendly and responsive. We just love Dr. Siringo. He is kind and listens. We feel very confident trusting the care of our sweet Husky who has canine epilepsy in his capable hands. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worst experience ever! The doctor did not take the time to properly evaluate my dog. He had a tooth infection and they decided putting a muzzle on him was the best way to inspect him. Ridiculous! After the evaluation, the doctor said that he needed to be put to sleep and have the tooth removed. He quoted $1, 400. I asked if there was an alternative until I can save up the money to pay for the procedure. He told me no and that this was the only option. I asked if there were antibiotics or anything else that may help, and he said the only thing that will help will be to have the tooth removed. My whole interaction with the vet was less than 2 minutes and he refused to come back to my room to explain anything. Then I had to deal with the receptionist, the whole interaction was just negative. DO NOT BRING YOUR BELOVED PETS HERE!!!!
