I visited VCA Eagle Park for the first time at the recommendation of a friend who spoke highly of her own experiences with the facility. My usual vet is a holistic practitioner about a hour from where we live, but was away on a winter leave when my 10-month-old puppy had a circumstance come up where I felt he needed to be seen. It was super easy to make an appointment (and was even able to be seen same-day!), and from the receptionist to the vet tech to Dr. V, we had an exceptional experience, including having our holistic views and approach being both respected and honored. I am grateful to have my little guy established now for care with VCA Eagle Park as another option closer to our home, should it be needed. The office itself was very clean, spacious and homey/comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The office was very nice and clean and the veterinarian and her vet technician were gentle and took good care of my new kitten 🐱! they answered all my questions and cleaned my kittens ears as well. Front desk staff was very welcoming and wait time was minimal.

Our dog Jersey actually doesn't hate going here. They're always so good with him, and patient. We have the care plan, and it helps us get all of his shots and wellness visits without breaking the bank. I highly recommend this location.

Love the staff here! Everyone's so friendly and helpful. The team here has helped me manage my cat Leo's diabetes. When I thought it he would never be regulated they worked with me to adjust my cat's dosage to the right levels. Leo is still as healthy as ever for what is now 3 years since that diagnosis thanks to everyone here.

They were fine but didn’t answer my questions. The staff talked too much about products and services they were trying to sell me and didn’t address my chief complaint of my dog’s itchy leg and rash. After the appointment he developed a worse rash and I will not be bringing him back here. They are nice enough but we just didn’t feel cared for.
