11/10 HIGHLY recommend. We moved from California to Mississippi in 2020 and one of the first things on my list was to establish with a vet clinic because my pets are my life. We had great experiences with VCA in California so we chose VCA Eads out here. I am so glad that we did! My pets have never received better care in their lives. Two of them visit monthly and the third, just twice a year and more often as needed because weird things always come up. Dr. Tim, Dr. Sandy and Dr. Mikki are the smartest, kindest most thorough veterinarians I have ever met. I trust them 1000% They have been spot on with every diagnosis and issue that has come up and they help all 3 pets live their absolute best lives. I cannot stress enough, my pets are more important to me than anything in this world and these three veterinarians are absolutely fantastic. Sadly, we recently lost one of our pups @callie_callifer to a likely lifelong, immune anemia. The staff were AMAZING at coordinating an immediate patient and records transfer to Memphis Veterinary Specialists. Their quick diagnostics and knowledge helped prevent her from suffering and we are so grateful. We have a cat @radar_the_er_cat who has always struggled with vaccine reactions. Dr. Mikki crafted a plan to break up his vaccinations and it went so well! He bounced back quickly this time and is back to running up and down the hall in the middle of the night. All of the client services ladies are just wonderful. Always kind, friendly and so helpful. The Vet techs and assistants are excellent. We have one VERY difficult dog @charlotte_the_cattledog and I cannot imagine trying to deal with a little gremlin of a cattle dog that is growling and barking at you. She had severe Parvo as a puppy and was poorly socialized. Everyone is always so kind and understanding and it just makes my heart happy that they are so kind to her anyway. I just don’t have a single negative thing to say about VCA Eads. They are such an amazing group of people, every single one of them. I always have and will highly, highly recommend them to anyone who asks. Lastly, are they expensive? Nope. Not at all. With routine visits, vaccinations, dentals, random illnesses, sports injuries, monthly medications, prescription diets, etc. all 4 pets have run below the average cost of owning four pets per year.

Mar 05, 2025 · Brenda BerryWonderful, caring vets and support staff! They have literally saved our dog's life twice. Once when he contracted Parvo at another vet's office at 10 weeks old, right after we found him starving and homeless. They had him for a week and got him through such a horrific illness at his young age and updated us every step of the way. Second was when he had a bout of acute pancreatitis. They were very thorough and even sent his X-rays to an outside specialist to confirm his diagnosis. He is doing so well now and we are incredibly thankful for the exceptional care he received here. He's been through a lot in his 7 months of life so far, but they have given him the absolute best care and he actually likes to go there! We love you guys! Thank you!!
Apr 05, 2024 · Stacey ShortWe have been using them for 6 years now. They have always genuinely cared about our cats and now our young dog. They once gave a personal phone number when we were worried about a pet. We reccomend them to everyone.
Jul 16, 2020 · Eliza TravisI recently moved to the area and have been bringing my barn cats to see Dr Sandy. The entire staff is so kind and accommodating and I have been very pleased with the pricing - where I’m from, I would be paying almost twice as much for the care my pets receive. The facility is large and clean and their front staff is flexible and empathetic. Dr Sandy is knowledgeable and patient, willing to take the time to answer any questions I have. She clearly has lots of years of experience and I’m grateful to have her partnership. She recently performed a surgery on one of my cats and went above and beyond to ensure he was safe and healthy before, during, and after the surgery.
