I literally booked an appointment with this facility for 9:30am on a Thursday and when I called at 8:15am to ask some questions because this was my first visit and I had some concerns. They had no one available to answer and it was just a recording saying they were in a staff meeting until 2:00pm and even when I chose the speak to a representative option it just took me back to the same automated message that no one is available because they're in a staff meeting until 2:00 pm. I literally made this appointment days ago and they didn't send any notification or anything to let me know they wouldn't be available until 2:00pm so if I had not called I would only have found out by arriving which is RIDICULOUS. As a pet hospital you should be more responsible and absolutely should be informing your patients of things like this. I can't even get ahold of anyone at all so I will be trying to reach another vet to help me. They literally did not help us at all.

Dr. Grove is really good with animals. Whenever I bring my dog in she greets me as she comes through the door but the sits down on the floor to greet my dog. It really helps to ease my dog's anxiety about going to the vet. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Amazing! Great with our cats, so gentle and kind. Listened to our concerns and gave us options. Will definitely be coming back.

Thanks to Dr. Grove and her amazing staff for taking care of our nervous chihuahua! We left the area several years ago but haven't been able to find a comparable veterinarian. After a few bad experiences near our new home we finally came back to the caring Dr. Grove. It was definitely worth the 2 hour drive!!

The staff and Veterinarian are very friendly and professional . Fortunately, it is realitiv easy to get appointments, the same day or the next day usually. They are very helpful with faxing and emailing your pets medical records, vaccination records and other records to boarding facilities or pet day care centers. I like the fact that they send out reminder cards when your pet is due for any vaccines or treatments. Of course vet bills can get very expensive. They have forms for pet insurance policies available. However, , after reviewing the policy brochures, it appears that most things that my dog might needs are not covered by the policy. Henceforth, I will just pay as I go. Premiums are $40-$60 per month depending upon the age of your pet or type of policy. That’s as much as my own monthly medical premiums. Gaynell
