Dr. Smith and the entire VCA Staff were a great comfort to me and my family when it was necessary to promote my very, very ill puppy Shabach to HEAVEN. My Shabach has been my companion for the pass 12 years. I have enjoyed my friend since he was 5 weeks old. This was so sudden. Dr. Smith was key in assisting us through this tough time. In particular Jessica was most excellent and provided great comfort. I love JESUS and am so very grateful for people like Jessica (one of HIS special gifts).

This location is so nice and pleasant! From when we first arrived to the warm staff welcoming me and making my pet comfortable to being in the room and being cared for and being explained treatments, cost and plans very detailed and helpful information. Thank you all so much! Keep up the good work!

Drove 35 mins here just for me to get there and have my pets first visit and then they tell me as soon as I walk in the door “we have to reschedule.” Because they were “backed up” instead of calling me before and letting me know. Took me an hour to get back home. Staff isn’t friendly or welcoming. There was something actually wrong with my dog and now she is throwing up constantly, so I call them back and start to explain that I was just up there etc. for staff to cut me off and ask what my name was and other questions before I could finish. Told them it was an emergency and she was constantly throwing up and they tell me they can see her at 3:20pm (it’s a weekday and I work.) I say someone will have to bring her for me then and staff cuts me off again and says “well since it’s her first visit you’d have to bring her. You can try going to an urgent care.” Absolute worst service. This is my first ever pet and there’s something wrong and I’m trying to get her help and there’s such a lack of regard.

It was our pit mixes first vet visit after the shelter. We were wary because of some previous reviews we read, but everyone was super nice, Dr. Smith was great and answered all our questions, and most importantly of all, Lita (Ford!) loved him. We'll definitely be going back

I brought my cat, Mia, here recently after adopting her at AFHS and we love it already! Everyone was very kind while scheduling, checking in and during the visit. The staff were easy to talk to, knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to get a next day appointment that aligned with my schedule. The facility was clean, smelled great and scheduling was easy. Dr. Krendl is the best!
