VCA Cedar View Animal Hospital

if i could rate zero stars i would. your hospital has neglected not one, but two of my cats’ lives, resulting in their deaths. when i brought my cat in 2020 for discharge in her nipple, the veterinarian dismissed it as her being fine and it was only because she was overweight. just six months later, it became a reoccurring wound that would regularly open and they still refused to help. we eventually found out she was in her final stages of breast cancer, resulting in her euthanization. her sister started having problems about a year ago with bladder incontinence, but once again, your nurses refused to test her for a UTI. they swept it under the rug. when we started noticing it got worse, we took her to the Farmington vet clinic and they had diagnosed her with a UTI. she got the medication she needed and was doing a lot better, until she suddenly fell horribly ill. we had to put her down two days ago, all because your staff refused to run a simple test on my baby.

Not a good experience. We have taking our pet there for a long period of time and did t realize how bad to r experience was until we visited our vet. All they cared about was pushing insurance and charging you for as much as they can each time. After 1 visit to our new vet and the plan to make our dog better was created. Wasted a lot of money at this overpriced vet. Look around before you go there.

I have been going to cedarview animal hospital since early eighties. Dr Stephen Mitchell has retired now and I wasn't quite sure how the new vet would be. With covid I was not able to meet her in person because they have the drive-by drop off for my dog to see the vet. Dr Jessica Hovet seemed very pleasant when I spoke to her on the phone about Molly. Molly does have a UTI so she's on a prescription for two weeks we will just have to see how that goes. I still highly recommend cedarview animal hospital. But I do miss Dr Steve.

Great staff! From start to finish they are very friendly and professional. They genuinely care for our 4 legged friends. Highly recommend this vet! Fenix loves coming here!!

Both my dogs are seen at VCA. My girl has a lot of health issues and we kept seeing vets who ignored our concerns. VCA in Apple Valley has honestly saved her life, or at least extended it in amazing ways. They listened to us and they treat my dogs so so well. We even brought my cousin’s dog for a second opinion, after he started having kidney issues. They did actual tests and came back with answers, because they listened to us. And now he’s doing so so much better.
