The vets are good but the care club is a bit of a scam. Watch what you are signing and get everything they tell you in writing. They convinced me to join the annual care club with an agreement that I could switch to the dental plan at the 6 month visit. They showed me how much it would cost and the dental fees I would save. Needless to say, they have no one to do the dental surgery now, deny ever making the offer, and I had to ask 3 times before they turned off my auto renew. They offered me a settlement out of my $133/month contract with only 6 months left for $1300 and then when I said "are you insane?!" the office manager told me not to talk to her that way. Awful!

As soon as I walked in with my cat, the first thing they did was say they’re going to report my cat to Home Again because he’s chipped. I’ve had him for over 4 months and he was reported through his microchip and was not claimed, which I also mentioned. But they wanted to do their “due diligence,” without considering what I said or how I felt and the care I’ve provided for my cat. But then proceeded to say that all this unnecessary stuff had to be done which would cost over $1400. So you’re reporting my cat then trying to get me to spend all this money? I’m definitely taking my needs else where.

I went here with my daughter for the first time to bring my grand kitty for his wellness check and vaccinations. The office was clean, the staff was friendly and the Vet knowledgeable. Best of all my daughter was offered a flexible payment arrangement that will allow her to be a responsible pet owner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to others.

I have had nothing but great experiences during the three years I have taken my cats to this veterinary hospital. Dr. Titlebaum is so sweet, and she really takes the time to give thorough explanations of findings and answers questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell that she truly cares about her patients and their owners. The rest of the staff is super friendly too, which makes coming here even more enjoyable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Had a good follow up and discussion about VCA with my partner and the vet seen. I want to highlight some of the good elements here, and a warning to check your SPAM folder if you are waiting for results. Some pros are the scheduling system, vets, and ability to get same day appointments. The prices here are significantly higher than elsewhere. And didn’t see results from tests in a timely way and better communication structure would have helped. It does still feel a bit like a factory to care for cats rather than really listening and helping. But, this is less a result of individuals who work there (they seem to care about the animals) and more a result of the automatic structure of VCA. We found a vet we like much better, who took the time to walk us through all options, really meet our cat, stayed in the room the whole time, and followed up when they said they would. It can feels like VCA wants to over sell you on hella expensive items, procedures, and general wellness care with the automatic advertising strategy. That said, there are people there who do care about animals and show it.
