Vet visits are expensive everywhere, period! It's part of being a responsible pet owner and we know they're family. The front desk Concierge, Ashley and other Techs are Wonderful , and Doc Berry and Doc Haslam are the Best!

I recently moved to the area and wanted to find a good place to bring my dogs. I came in as a first time customer, and had the best experience. The office is clean and the staff was very friendly and loving to my puppies. They gave me valuable information and answered all my questions and concerns. This is our new Vet.

They were really, really sweet here! They took great care of my cat and were sooo sweet with her. I also didn’t have to wait forever for my appointment, which is a huge plus! They have however started this care plan thing much like Banfield does and it’s a bit off putting. My appointment was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, but I’m not super knowledgeable of prices. It was 100$ for my cat’s fecal test, which they do send off site. The appointment itself was 90$ (I think) and two vaccines were 100$ together. My concern is that the VCA is becoming a bit too much like Banfield due to it being a chain. I would take your pet here if you want good care, but be wary of prices. If you want something more affordable, call a private or small, local vet and check their prices.

I have 4 huskies and VCA Carrollton Animal Hospital always provides outstanding care to my pups. Each of my babies have such different personalities and they always cater to each one of them individually. The Dr. really listens to my concerns and is willing to talk with me until I feel at ease and thoroughly explains everything. I truly feel like they care here. I have had some bad vet experiences and I’m super thankful to have found a vet office that cares!! Thank you VCA!!
