VCA Buckhead Animal Hospital

I’m sad to say but avoid this practice at all cost. They were very unprofessional and stated my cat was being uncooperative while they were being rough with him all while I was right there. At no point did they ask for any assistance nor did they try to get his trust. This is also while there were dogs barking and the whole place smelled of pee everywhere. They overcharge for everything. I had a second opinion and the cost of services were considerably less than what they had quoted. $1,200 vs $200 for the same blood test. Ridiculous! I walked out of there paying near $300 for just a rabies vaccine. To add to it- about a year ago they recommend he start a prescription diet for weight loss when he weighed ~13lbs. I just got back from the new vet and they stated normal range for a cat his size is 12-15lbs. I spent time, money and worrying about him. Unfortunately, it seems VCA only stated that to get him on a prescription diet that I could only purchase through them. Total money grab and I will be sure to never return to any VCA. Nobody should have to go through this.

Dr. Willey is the BEST! VCA buckhead is great and i’ve had pleasant experiences with everyone my cats have seen (everyone i’ve met who works here is amazing), but Dr. Willey always seems to go above and beyond in making sure my cats are comfortable, i feel good about knowing what’s going on with them, and always seems to genuinely care about my girls.

The staff on every level/visit are so professional and caring. My dog Simon is so well cared for in their clinic that I don't mind a slightly higher price sometimes for great care. Simon is now 17 years old and blind with some arthritis aches occasionally but so healthy and cared about here. Thank you!

Super friendly staff. Clean and safe environment. Dr. Binkow and Dr. Clifton have treated and continue to treat all of my 3 fur babies. They are kind, understanding and very informative. Thank you so much.

I am still in the process working with them to figure out the exact issue but many thanks to Jennifer Willey DVM and the girl helping her (assistant?) Anna(I hope I'm saying it right). I worked with them earlier today. Jennifer spoke to me in a casual and comfortable way like I'm talking to someone I already knew. It felt like I was talking to a friend rather than being interrogated to figure out issues. Anna was lovely to work with as well. She asked many questions to get a detailed analysis and sat down with me to go over the payment portion and explained each cost thoroughly and what it meant whereas just handling me a tablet and waiting for me to either accept the cost or ask questions. Before I left she also helped me put the tick and flea prevention on him before we left and again was very thorough and detailed. Lovely to work with them both in a stressful time and if I am to come back I hope to work with them again. Thank you.
