VCA Briarcliff Animal Hospital

I just took my 2 year old dog, Piper, there for the first time and was so impressed with how it went. First, everyone in the lobby was welcoming and warm (my dog loved Kevin in particular) and went out of their way to make my timid dog feel comfortable. The Dr was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Also, this is the first time a vet has had me check out and pay while still in the exam room and it’s genius. It’s so much easier than trying to do that one handed in a lobby with other animals. 🤪. Thank you Briarcliff!

The staff here has always been friendly, caring and efficient. I have a difficult dog, but everyone from checkin and boarding to the doctors and vet techs are always wonderful. I’ve trusted them for years and would recommend this practice wholeheartedly.

This place has been very, very important to my family and cats. During Covid they saved my Maine Coons life, when he had an unknown infection. Then, just this past Thursday they helped us, took amazing care, and with a calm, soft spoken and loving way say goodbye, to my 20 years old domestic Panther( big black cat). I don't know what we wood have done without them. They are so compassionate and knowledgeable. I appreciate them more then I can explain.

Last Saturday morning the incredible VCA Briarcliff staff saved our puppy’s life. Ponce had ingested a potentially fatal dose of Sudafed, and we rushed him to the Hospital. Dr. Warmington and her terrific associates swept into action, offering life-saving expert care with utmost kindness. Ponce made it through, and his two humans will be eternally grateful. Thank you VCA Briarcliff!!!

We have had an wonderful experience at VCA whilst dealing with a extremely sad situation. Unfortunately, we had to have the family dog put down, however, Dr. Fowler handled the entire situation amazingly. He was very realistic about our options but expressed them in a very thoughtful and kind manner. He made everyone in our family feel heard and respected, he helped guide our decision but ultimately let us make the final call, we never felt rushed or urged at all. If you are suspecting you may be going through the same situation, I would recommend Dr. Fowler 100%.
