VCA Apache Junction Animal Hospital

We started taking our fur baby here and they always do a wonderful job with her. She was very sick when we first brought her here and they diagnosed her with a thyroid disorder. The techs and the doctor have always explained things to us thoroughly and have been very attentive. We love it here!!

We LOVE VCA Apache Junction so much! Everyone that works here is so so friendly. They all love Birdie and take such great care of her. Every tech, Dr, front desk staff, everyone greets her and gives her treats and love! They always give me loving advice for raising my puppy girl. Appreciate y’all! Keep up the good work!

My daughter and I had the most wonderful experience in a veterinary office. We took my dog for a check-up. The vet and the vet tech were so kind and gentle. They immediately put my dog at ease. We have found our place! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Extremely disappointed with this location. We received a call to schedule an appointment for our dog and were told that his vaccinations were due. We were told to bring a stool sample as well for testing. Upon arrival of our appointment, we were told they “accidentally” double booked for our time so we had to wait longer than expected due to their error. Aside from that, once we got called back and saw the vet, we were told the stool sample was unnecessary (and an additional charge) and that our dog’s vaccinations actually WEREN’T due yet. All in all, it was $95 wasted since our dog was all caught up on everything he needed. We took time off of work and drove almost an hour to get him seen, essentially for nothing. The way the staff handled this situation didn’t help make things any better. We will be seeking future care for our dog elsewhere. **Sad that even with their response, they are defensive and basically accusing me of lying about not being seen on time. If I was seen when I was supposed to be, I wouldn’t have made it a part of my review. Take accountability.

Brenda the technician is absolutely amazing! My dog immediately trusted her and felt comfortable around her. She is thorough in her work and very kind to both me and my pet. This girl needs a raise for all her hard work!
