Dec 26, 2024 · Arely CastilloDr. Lenius was the most knowledgeable vet I've ever met. But, the thing that really made the difference was his compassion. He really cared. My sweet Annabel, in her prime was a feisty bossy feline. Unfortunately he didn't get to meet her at her best, but he did make sure she left this world loved and safe. Thank you, from the Poe family.
Nov 05, 2024 · Jessica CoxDr Linius saw my Lincoln quickly, helped me understand the severity of the situation, and ultimately saved me some of the bill by a conservative approach. He balanced the scenario with an acute approach to determining what was necessary and what could be considered ethical for my dear Lincoln. Adra is an excellent certified veterinary technician that helped ever step of the way. Kati is the receptionist that helped me be calm at the beginning. I highly recommend the care that Lincoln received and the overall experience. Please always ask if everything is necessary but be ready to do what the doctor says is the best course. Always let them know your budget if you have one and understand a DNR will need to be signed or you'll need to agree to the costs of resuscitation. Pets are rarely insured and Lincoln is not, and I'm happy to have him around. VCA was extremely helpful and conservative with my budget in mind.
Dec 03, 2024 · Charles ProvineMy dog tore his paw pad during a freak accident. My dog hates his feet touched. We tried at home to bandage but needed the help of professionals. On a holiday 🇺🇸. They got us in and out really quickly. Explained everything completely to my husband and I and we’re very compassionate in caring for our anxious pup. He had to be sedated to wrap his injured paw. They did majority of the stuff in the room with us and only took him back when it was time for the actual procedure. I couldn’t be happier with the care we received! They even wrapped it in my favorite color 💜 and trimmed his nails while he was under (trust me, very grateful for that after years of trying to do them and drugging him for our primary vet to also struggle).
Jul 05, 2024 · Christina O’NeilWe brought our cat here when he was breathing heavily. They were very prompt in treating him but unfortunately my kitty passed. He you had a history of asthma and heart disease. All staff were very compassionate. I highly recommend them!
