I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was at VCA Animal Hospitals in Wheeling. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease, which is so important when your fur baby is in need of care. Austin was incredibly attentive, not only to my German Shepherd but also to me as the owner. He made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process, which really helped calm my nerves. Zoe was equally wonderful with her warm hospitality and always made sure we were taken care of. She even gave us advice to support our pup at home. Dr. Brown was the true star of the visit. She provided excellent insight into my dog’s health, offering both the care and advice we needed. Her compassion and expertise were evident from the start, and I left feeling reassured that my pup was in the best hands possible. If you’re looking for a place that provides top-notch care for urgent needs, I highly recommend VCA Wheeling. This place is amazing. I took Stanley (Maltese) for an emergency and their efficiency is impeccable. When I registered to wait in their virtual waiting room, they texted me within minutes to confirm and hold my spot. Once I became next in line, I received another text to tell me to head their way. Once we got there, they were right at the door waiting for us, Greeted us by name and took us into the exam room. They started the exam right away, waited a little bit for the vet to come in, do his assessment and send us on our way. The cost was fair as well. Thank you for your service for my furry family member. I recommend this place to anyone who needs emergency care for their pet! A job well done!

The staff were absolutely amazing. Nancy, Amanda and of course Dr. Iorgovan were so attentive and helpful with my cat. They are extremely compassionate and you can tell they love what they do! Office was clean and welcoming, virtual waiting room is awesome too. Thank you ladies!! 💗

I cannot say enough great things about this office! The staff is absolutely wonderful! Zoe was our tech and she was so attentive and sweet with my boy Sam. She had his name written on the whiteboard in the room before we arrived and greeted us with care and smiles. Dr. Brown was also incredible. She made me feel at ease and I could see her passion for animals. I trusted both of them with my boy which says a lot-I don’t just trust anyone with my babies, lol! The office itself was beautiful! So clean and spacious and so easy to get to. Loved the virtual waiting room, especially since my dog can be reactive. That was a stress I was able to avoid. Zoe texted me the next day to check in on Sam which I never expected but much appreciated. They really went above and beyond my expectations to take care of me and my baby. I would encourage anyone needing urgent veterinary care to visit this location. Thank you VCA!

Absolutely love it here! We have a reactive dog and they did everything to make sure she was comfortable. Cannot recommend enough! Most kind staff ever.
