VCA Animal Hospitals Urgent Care - Scottsdale

We had a little emergency with our cat and VCA was great! They got us in quickly, identified the issue, and had a resolution all in under an hour. Thank you! They also followed up the next day or two to check in on him. Your attention to detail and care is appreciated. While I hope you never need their services, life happens, and if you find yourself with a pet emergency, I'd highly recommend this VCA location.

Dr. Young, Makinley and all of the VCA staff were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with my puppy! Everyone was incredibly professional, efficient, kind and truly cared. They even made sure I was alright and comfortable during the whole process of what was going on with my dog. They thoroughly explained every step of what was happening and confidently suggested what the best treatment was. Very knowledgeable staff at this location. This is by far the best care any of my dogs have ever received.

I brought my dog Dash in here yesterday for the first time for an urgent matter that needed attention over the weekend. This place is a hidden gem for urgent dog care. The staff is so friendly and caring and their virtual waiting room system is amazing! Dr. Wong and MacKinley were so caring and took amazing care of my dog. Even the girl at the front was so helpful and friendly. I’ve never had such a positive experience at a vet probably ever? The clinic is very updated and calming and extremely clean. This will be my “go to” place for any urgent dog care needs moving forward for both of my dogs. So grateful to have this in our area in Scottsdale! Thank you again for the great care! Cathy

We took our senior dog for an eye problem and Dr Young and her staff were amazing. From intake, to exam, to treatment, to home instructions, the staff was compassionate, thorough, and professional.I highly recommend VAC Urgent Care.

The VCA Urgent care has extended hours which was needed since my regular vet was closed. They also had a virtual waiting room so I could wait at my house, and then they texted me when to bring my dog to their office to be seen. The staff is very prompt and even met us outside to welcome us. They’re all very kind, patient, and love the animals. It was a great experience.
