We brought our kitten here back in October 2024 for an eye infection. We'd called 2 other clinics and no one could get her in quickly. We had such a great experience. The vet was compassionate, knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining every step. The staff was kind and courteous. It was wildly cost-effective for the care we received. We would have spent well over this going to our normal vet office. I'm so sad to see this location will be closing soon, but I wanted to let the staff know that we appreciated your care for Gizmo when we were freaked out, and needed urgent veterinary care.

I had to take my 18-year-old cat, Oreo to VCA urgent care. Now, I'm a vet tech at a local animal hospital that was closed today. I didn't want to disturb my doctors on their day off. Oreo suffers from chronic kidney disease. He is in the later stages and was having a bad day today. He was lethargic and just not himself. I rushed him over to VCA urgent care and they got him in quickly. The Doctor (Dr. Weiler) was very sweet and knew what she was talking about when it came to CKD. The receptionist I believe her name was Melissa was amazing and genuinely cared for my old boy. The tech who I also met, but didn't get her name was sweet and kind too. I would recommend you take your kiddos here for urgent care needs. Thank you to the staff who took great care of my old man!

Took my 9 year old dog in because she seemed to be trying to dislodge something from her throat. Dr. Baez and Jessica were great with Abby and it was a terrific experience. Naturally, she did not cough from the moment we entered Urgent Care, but they checked her over and we were good to go. They could not have been kinder or more invested in taking care of my girl. I am thrilled to have this facility so close to home.

So happy we chose to go to VCA. My cat had a large open wound from a cat fight so we took him to Blue Pearl emergency. They verified he was stable and recommended we try VCA since they were going to be a 4+ hour wait. VCA has approx wait times listed on their website and allowed virtual waiting room. We checked in in the lobby of Blue Pearl and recieved a text that we were next as we were getting in the car. As soon as we arrived at VCA, we were greeted and welcomed. The whole place was new, clean and inviting. We were put right into a room and walked through every step of the process. Everyone was so sweet, kind and caring. All my questions were answered, every procedure explained and every process was smooth. I would absolutely recommend visiting them for your urgent care needs! They made a scary and difficult situation easy and reassuring. Hopefully we won't need to go back but if we do have another problem, we will be going to VCA.

The staff was friendly and the facility was clean and nice. I was mistaken and thought it was emergency care, so if you think your pet may need any procedures skip this place and go to an ED to avoid two bills. It was a pretty long wait- about three hours for an X-ray and we were the only ones there. We were also over diagnosed, but I would rather have that than under!
