Dr. Kolander was very nice and quick. I appreciate her demeanor and professionalism. She and her assistant worked within my cat’s comfort zone, gave her treats, and even put her back in her cage for me. They were efficient and calm. She gave recommendations without judgement.

Jun 06, 2024 · Alyssa GuetzkeI don't live anywhere close to this location but the reason why I come here is Dr. Kolander. She is the only vet I want to see and to help me take care of my fur babies. She listens and takes her time therefore I never feel rushed, like I have seen happen so many times before and she will always help my babies feel more comfortable as best as she can. Every technicians that helps her are always understand, kind, and gentle with my girls. No on every try's to push me to do more than what I am comfortable with. I appreciate every visit and the kindness I receive from the client service representatives, to technicians and especially from Dr. Kolander.
May 03, 2024 · Amanda CardinalI wouldn’t recommend this vet office. I had two visits with my newly adopted pup, and since he was understandably scared and nervous, the ‘vet’ was put off and wasn’t able to even exam him. In actuality, he just snipped a bit when she tried to check his teeth. Obviously, she had no confidence in herself. Then she referred to him as a ‘damaged dog’, which broke my heart. NOT damaged, just adopted and scared. Didn’t even try to scedule another appointment considering she couldn’t complete an initial physical. I had his needed vaccines done, and required boosters, for my dog. But, will find another vet office for further care. The office smelled very unsanitary upon entering, and I thought there must have been an accident, but was worse the second visit, so obviously just unclean. The staff is rude and hurries you through explinations when trying to explain issues with a beloved pet. Just a VERY bad energy and approach to animal care. Shame on them.
Dec 04, 2023 · Hedra BishopThis is my second review, since they refuse to post my first review. Idc I’m here to warn people. Especially people that love their pets like they’re family. I had been taking my senior cat and dog here for years, great care! Then all of a sudden they changed doctors and staff and it was a nightmare. Only one example of each (there are several) my cat was urinating blood. Took him in for a urine sample. I called for results, it was a Friday. They said results were in, but the doctor wasn’t, so I had to wait until Monday when they returned. I was so upset about the delay in treatment when they had the results right there. The doctor ended up calling me from another clinic to YELL AT ME, for “not being patient”. Ummm… wait all weekend while my cat was in pain and bleeding? No. Unacceptable. Then an example of my dog. I had about 3 more refills on my dogs pain medications (he’s a senior dog, pain, old, etc). I call for his refill and they REFUSED to give it because they wanted ANOTHER checkup (mind you, he had just been there two weeks prior). But they refuse to give him meds until I scheduled and paid for ANOTHER visit just because it was a new doctor. They didn’t care at all that I still had three refills left. They didn’t care if my dog was in pain or not. If you love your pet, take them somewhere else, anywhere else. Edit to respond to their request to reach out: No thank you. I made several attempts at the time to resolve any issues and you all made it very clear that my long term business I was giving you meant absolutely nothing. The fact my babies were suffering because of your lack of and delay in care, shows what kind of “business” you’re running.
Dec 12, 2023 · Beatrice H.They always took such great care of our dog, Tootsie. They treated her so nicely and were so sweet with her. She passed away and they sent us a card with staff signatures, it was such a nice gesture in the moments of terrible pain that comes with losing a furry companion.
