Thank you for always taking such excellent care of our fur babies. Tyson is tough and stubborn and you have a way of making him feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Drake is amazing, explains everything, and doesn’t try to “upsell” with unnecessary things. The techs are so sweet and he loves their cuddles.

They dug up my parking lot to replace their sewer lines and left my parking lot in disrepair and will not take responsibility for it. They are impossible to work with. After months of email back and forth the corporate office refuses to take any responsibility. So un carring

WARNING‼️COMMUNICATION issues! That has always been my issue with this location. First time I have ever had an issue with personnel (manager to be exact) Jillian Wray-Wiemer. My appointment was today at 1230 PM, the doctor was running behind (they could have called me to come later) but instead asked could I come back at 3 PM since I wanted to be present when my dog was examined. Jillian, Would not let the tech, Sam, speak or myself. Was very aggressive which was very unusual. Continued to interrupt her employee and myself. Jillian got upset when I ask her to stop interrupting because I could not hear what Sam was saying, she yelled at Sam and said “end the conversation now” and then turned me and stated “I am done with this conversation and I will be sending you your records”. The most KAREN thing she could have done. I been at this facility for almost 4 years from relocating and never had an unprofessional experience. I am owed an apology from Jillian. Good luck with keeping clients when she is quick to try to cancel your services.
