Our 10 y.o. pit Ginger was having a rough time thanks to a torn ACL in her left hind leg. Our primary vet recommended Dr. Murphy to perform the TPLO surgery. We are so glad he did! Every interaction we had with the entire team was positive and encouraging! Their concern for Ginger was evident and their respect and support for us made a difficult time much more manageable. Dr. Murphy went well beyond our expectations in terms of communicating with us, answering questions, and guiding us through the process of getting Ginger fully healthy. Seeing her run in the yard, climb stairs, and go on walks with out limping is the best holiday gift we could ask for! Thank you for being so amazing when we needed you!!

I needed a feline groomer for my longhaired high-strung little girl. I called VCA and spoke to Jenny. She patiently and politely answered my many questions. Her description of Jordan, the groomer, turned out to be spot on. She talked to us about her procedures, and listened intently while we described our girl's issues. She is a bit of a special case, needing much patience and understanding. Jordan really took time to ease her into things, giving time to both become acquainted with one another. She made changes when she realized Skadhi was getting stressed. Our little furbaby looks and smells great. I feel confident we have found our cat groomer. Very pleased and will be taking our other cat soon. Recommended.

Came here for my dog for his excessive itching while on vacation. We got seen right away and staff was very friendly! We felt very comfortable and that our concerns were heard when explaining. Would highly recommend

I am a little bit peeved with this office as of now. I’d like to start off by saying that the front desk, and the technicians are great. Sweet as can be, extremely helpful, and good at their jobs. My experience with this office came to kind of a grinding halt today. December 24th I followed up at the clinic because one of my animals had a possible CCL injury. I went in at the scheduled appointment time to find that the machine they use to image the possibly injury was down. No big deal. No one called to tell me that, and they didn’t charge me for the appointment. They said they’d call me as soon as it was fixed or replaced, and to keep my dog crated with light exercise until then. Today (1/20) I had to bring my other dog in because we discovered swollen lymph nodes. As a former Vet office worker, I knew they’d want to do an FNA. Which is essentially where they poke the node with a needle and send that sample off to screen for a malignant diagnosis. I was quoted around $370 for that alone. I looked at the tech, who knew I was a former tech and said “that’s insane.” This facility was charging me around 75% more than any other facility I could have this done at. I was offended at the cost. When I raised concern over the cost for a single FNA, I was told that it was VCA. They’re not privately owned, so the prices skyrocketed. I declined it, and decided to go elsewhere for that. Getting out into the office to pay for the visit, I brought up that my OTHER dog was still on crate rest and was hoping their machine was fixed soon so we could get to the bottom of it. Mind you, I’d paid for the initial visit a week prior to the visit on the 24th. The front desk woman told me that it had been fixed. No one ever called me. I’m entrusting my dogs health with this group, and it makes me wonder if I’ve made the right decision. Calling me back was an imperative move toward my dogs treatment. It’s got me wondering if I have just essentially wasted a month of time with this facility. I feel like if the best interest of my animal was in question, they’d do what they told me they would do. I think I’m going to look elsewhere for vet services moving forward. I am honestly just hurt how this was handled, as I care about my dogs a lot. I understand that it is a business, and they need to profit. But they don’t need to rob. Things are already bad enough out there.
