They have taken great care of our cat. She recently had her teeth cleaned and they did a great job of preparing us, calling, and then giving directions for follow up care. I was nervous about the anesthesia but they did a great job and took very good care of our cat. Highly recommend the team; we have had great experiences.

Dec 06, 2024 · Steph SFound a hurt turtle and gave many vet places in the area a call and was referred to call this place to see if they would take it. I had no intention of taking the turtle to them at 5:55 pm since they close at 6, but wanted to call and see if they accept wildlife in general and maybe I could bring it in the following day or after. I never even got to ask since the receptionist rudely interrupted me when I tried to ask if they see wildlife. I was over talked and told they were closing in five minutes and were closed tomorrow so don’t bother. Very disappointing experience. If you find any injured or sick wildlife I’d suggest Blue Ridge Wildlife Center who happily examined the turtle.
Jun 12, 2022 · KaileyWe had an emergency with our dog and were not able to get a same day appointment with our normal vet. Desperately, we called VCA and they got us in for emergency care within a half hour. Their team was professional and the veterinarian stayed late past her normal shift to take care of our dog. I was blown away by the level of care that our dog received as a non-established patient. Two days later our dog was back to normal thanks to the outstanding team at VCA. We are going to switch to VCA for all of our veterinary care needs.
Dec 09, 2024 · LuI brought in a squirrel today and was met with kindness, positivity, and all around hopefulness that the little guy will make it. Really appreciate the team and the hospital as a whole for taking the time to treat wildlife!
