My dog had a cleaning with Vanvets in June. It’s August now and my dog got attack by another dog so we went to the vet. The vet gave me some before pictures of his teeth that need cleaning so if my dog already had a cleaning in June then why does his teeth still have so much tar on them? He was taken away by Vanvets Tesla and returned back to me so I wasn’t there to observe either my dog didn’t get a cleaning or the job was not done right. I would not trust this company if I were you.

VANVETS Introduce
Introducing VANVETS, a mobile veterinary service operating in Henderson, NV, and serving the surrounding areas. While not a traditional brick-and-mortar "Pet Hospital" with a physical location for walk-in services and goods for sale, VANVETS brings veterinary care directly to your doorstep. This mobile approach offers convenience for pet owners, allowing animals to receive certain treatments, such as dental cleaning, in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. Based at 2831 St Rose Pkwy #450, Henderson, NV 89052, USA, VANVETS can be reached by phone at (725) 210-6503 or mobile at +1 725-210-6503 to inquire about their service area and offerings.
Operating as a mobile veterinary service, VANVETS provides a range of healthcare options for pets, with a notable service being dental cleaning. One customer review details a positive experience with an in-home dental cleaning for their cat. According to this review, the VANVETS team was punctual and friendly, treated the cat well, and the owner was impressed with the services offered for future visits, including ultrasound and bloodwork. The pricing was also reported to be competitive with other mobile veterinary services. The procedure itself for the cat's dental cleaning was described as relatively quick, taking around 35 minutes, with the cat recovering at home after sedation via injection, which was not a complete "under" anesthesia. The owner was pleased with the outcome, noting that the cat's teeth looked great by the evening and the cat was feeling good.
However, another customer review presents a contrasting experience regarding a dog's dental cleaning. This review raises concerns about the thoroughness or effectiveness of a dental cleaning performed by VANVETS in June. By August, the dog was attacked and visited another veterinarian. The owner was shown "before" pictures of the dog's teeth that supposedly needed cleaning. The owner questions why, if a cleaning was done in June by VANVETS, the dog's teeth still exhibited significant tartar buildup just two months later. The review mentions that the dog was taken away by a VANVETS representative named Tesla and returned, so the owner did not directly observe the procedure. Based on this experience, the reviewer expresses a lack of trust in the service provided.
Considering these two reviews, the environment in which VANVETS operates is primarily the pet owner's home, offering convenience and potentially reducing stress for some animals by avoiding a traditional clinic setting. The mobile unit would presumably be equipped with the necessary tools and equipment to perform the services offered, such as dental cleaning tools, and potentially portable machines for ultrasound and bloodwork if those services are indeed provided in-home. The positive review suggests a well-organized and equipped mobile service capable of performing dental cleanings and potentially other diagnostic procedures on-site.
The services offered by VANVETS, based on the limited information, include pet dental cleaning, as explicitly mentioned in both reviews. The positive review also indicates the availability of other services such as ultrasound and bloodwork for future visits, suggesting a broader range of diagnostic capabilities that can be performed in the pet's home. This could be a significant feature for pet owners who prefer the convenience and reduced stress of at-home veterinary services for certain procedures. The mention of sedation via injection for the cat's dental cleaning implies that VANVETS has the ability to administer sedatives under veterinary supervision to ensure the comfort and safety of the animal during procedures.
Features of VANVETS include its mobile nature, providing at-home convenience for pet owners in Henderson and the surrounding areas. The positive review highlights the punctuality and friendliness of the team, as well as their good treatment of the pet. The competitive pricing mentioned in comparison to other mobile veterinary services could also be considered a feature. Furthermore, the potential availability of services like ultrasound and bloodwork in a mobile setting adds to the convenience factor, allowing for certain diagnostics to be performed without the need to transport the pet to a clinic. However, the negative review raises serious concerns about the quality and effectiveness of the dental cleaning service in at least one instance, which would be a significant point of caution for potential customers.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the text. There are no mentions of discounts for first-time clients, package deals for multiple services, or any other promotional offers that VANVETS might be using to attract new customers. Therefore, it is not possible to comment on any current promotions.
In conclusion, VANVETS offers a mobile veterinary service in Henderson, NV, with a focus on bringing care to the pet's home. Dental cleaning is a service they provide, and experiences with this service appear to be varied, with one customer reporting a positive outcome for their cat and another expressing strong dissatisfaction with the results of their dog's cleaning. The positive review also suggests that VANVETS may offer other in-home services such as ultrasound and bloodwork, adding to the convenience for pet owners. The mobile nature, friendly team (according to one review), and competitive pricing are potential advantages. However, the serious concerns raised in the negative review regarding the quality of dental cleaning should be a point of consideration for potential clients. Local users interested in the convenience of mobile veterinary services, including at-home dental cleaning, may want to inquire further about VANVETS' procedures, qualifications, and ensure they feel comfortable with the service based on their individual needs and the mixed feedback available.

Aug 23, 2024 · Judy NgaiJust had Vanvets come to my house for my cat's dental cleaning! The entire team was punctual, friendly, they treated my cat great and I'm very impressed with all of the services that they offer for future visits (ultrasound, bloodwork, etc) their prices are very competitive with other mobile veterinary services and I have used other mobile veterinary services as well , but I'm very impressed with this one and I will be rebooking and referring Vanvets out to my friends. My cat recovered well and was sedated with an injection so he wasn't completely put "under". The procedure only took 35 minutes and he was right back inside my home. It took him a good 3 hours to recover and I watched him at home the entire time, he was a bit wabbling after and panting a little but it wore off and as the evening rolled around his teeth look great and he is feeling good! Thanks so much again everyone did a great job!
