This is legit one of THE BEST vets I have ever been too. Super clean, smells GREAT, vet & techs are super friendly & vaccines are really affordable. Vet got down on the floor, criss cross apple sauce to examine our pets. Shows the love of their job is genuine. If your thinking of going anywhere else your doing yourself a disservice !

I love this place. Staff and Dr Navarro are amazing. He is so gentle and so good with my 3 cats n my dog. They all love him too even my crazy tabby who freaks out easily, is totally chill in his hands. I do t know how he does it. He is like a pet whisper lol. I went to the one closer to me by 211 and I was so disappointed there. At this location Dr. Navarro always ask and considers the financial option as well, to me- Let’s try this route and if it doesn’t work we can do testing. I love how he treats me and my fur babies.

Much to my surprise, this veterinary practice (at least, for their mobile service) still uses adjuvanted vaccines for cats. Given the systemic inflammatory effects that adjuvanted vaccines can potentially have on cats, it's concerning that a modern veterinary practice would use these outdated/potentially unsafe vaccines on cats. At the very least, this veterinary practice should properly and fully inform every pet owner on the vaccines that they use prior to administering them --- something that was not the case when I visited. I can only imagine how many pet cats whose health may be adversely affected by the assembly-line nature of this service. More upfront transparency would improve their service significantly.

Was able to get an appointment for the next day. Veterinarian Technician was excellent with our cat. Price for spay or neuter seemed a bit high.

I went to their mobile clinic in Austin HEB slaughter location to get heartworm meditation for my dog. A blood test was required for this. The vet tech was unable to locate a vein and punctured multiple legs, multiple times until my dog was crying loudly. Then she said "I will get someone who is better at this" and the next vet tech was able to find a vein and get blood immediately. A fraction of their employees seem to lack training and experience; saving money at the expense of trained staff isn't worth it. I still feel sad my dog had to go through this.
