We noticed our new 13 week old Australian Shepherd’s eyes were somewhat red. We’d scheduled an appointment with her new vet but we didn’t want to wait. They were unable to get her in sooner and recommended we call Vancouver Veterinary Hospital. We called and were able to get her an appointment in urgent care that afternoon. We were so impressed by the front office staff who were excited to meet Bella and made us all feel welcomed. The ‘nurse’ who asked questions and checked her vitals was so gentle, kind and thorough. The doctor was wonderful with Bella and answered our numerous questions. He felt quite certain that Bella’s eyes were irritated but offered to send us home with drops. Fortunately Bella didn’t appear to feel any irritation. We opted for the drops but were delighted we didn’t have to use them. Her eyes were much better the next day, one more day and her eyes were clear! The clinic is very nice overall. The highest praise I ca offer is to say we chose Dr.Dawid to be her veterinarian going forward. We’re grateful to have such a wonderful environment for Bella’s care.

Nov 21, 2024 · Amy ButtnerI cannot say enough good things about the staff here. They all were able to Vetsplain what to expect in the coming months with a new puppy in a language that I could easily understand. Miss JoJo was a big hit and I look forward to many years of cooperative interaction to ensure JoJo is as healthy as possible.
Sep 03, 2024 · James BranchI take my dog and cat here, and I can genuinely say that everyone who works here loves them as much as I do. They take time to answer all my questions, they're honest about all the pros and cons of suggested treatments, and they do everything in their power to make sure they create a stress free environment for all their furry patients. Because of the vets here, my cats mystery ailment was able to be diagnosed instead of being written off as chronic bladder infections. Her quality of life has improved massively. They listened to me, and made sure I knew I was heard. I'm so grateful my best friend gets to live the life she deserves because of their help. If you take your pets here, you're putting them in the best, most qualified hands.
Feb 10, 2025 · Charlie LeonaitisPros: it's acceptably clean inside, they can fill prescriptions, the vet appealed to my dog emotionally like with a high pitch gentle voice, a gentle demeanor and treats. Cons: the vet spoke to me entirely in medical terms, even when I asked 'what does that mean'; they asked me 900 times what my goal was but still brought me an invoice at the end with multiple completely unrelated items on it that had to be removed
