Yesterday was my first time taking one of our pets to VanCrest. Everyone on staff was friendly, kind, caring and loved on my pup. All expenses were told to me prior to agreement for services, which I truly appreciated. We talked through options and what I was comfortable doing and paying. The amount of time Dr. C took with us was more than any other vet I’ve used. He explained everything he was doing and involved me in the process. This place is my forever clinic as long as we live in the area.

Our 3 dogs visit Van Crest for their well check-ups, and sick visits. Our 2 newest puppies just finished their routine puppy visits. The staff was very accommodating when scheduling around my work hours. The vet techs and both veterinarians were welcoming, and very knowledgeable. All questions or concerns I had were answered at each visit. All email correspondence was returned quickly, and thoroughly. I highly recommend Van Crest for all of your pet care needs!

Van Crest is the only place I trust with my fur babies. We have 2 cats, Willow & Zoie plus a new rescue Stratfordshire bull terrier, Ruff. Both Dr C’s are caring, compassionate, and thorough in taking care of their needs. We had made “the” hard decision for our previous 13 yr old fur baby, Spock and they were so loving and caring during the whole process. They made it as easy as they could under the circumstances. I highly recommend this practice to take good care of your fur babies.
