I had an appointment for updated vaccines for my dog. When I arrived, I also asked if they could check his ears for infection and give drops if needed. They said they could check quick because they didn’t have time to give antibiotics if needed. After the vaccines were administered, they told me they gave him one he did not need. I had to confirm with two different employees to make sure he actually got the correct vaccines. I understand it’s busy and the end of the day, but these are peoples loved pets you’re rushing through looking careless while doing it. Will not be bringing my dogs back after today’s visit.

We have been taking our new rescue dog here for several months based on recommendations from the rescue and other local pet owners. They have "value" in their name and they back it up! I have been pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost for services here. Recently had our 45lb dog neutered and the base cost was only $260 at the time. I was expecting much more. Even regular visit costs are less than others I had checked. Dr Fields is lovely and provides guidance and recommendations while letting you make the decisions for your pet.

OBSESSED with this vet! Do yourself a favor and book an appointment. You will be blown away by the level of care! The girls at the front desk are so kind & accommodating. I met with Dr. Bart and I'm excited to work with her in the future. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and treated my Chihuahua like royalty. The office is clean, roomy and bright. Their prices are beyond reasonable and I appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary treatments. This place is a hidden gem and you will not regret bringing your pet here! Thanks again ValueCare!

This use to be my favorite place. We first started coming here right when they opened. They were so kind and caring and personal. I just brought my animal in there today and got shamed from them because I didn’t have a cat carrier for my ragdoll cat. My ragdoll cat does not do well in carriers and just flops over my arm. No one ever told me before my appointment that I needed to have her in a carrier. The last time I brought her she was also not in a carrier and no one said anything to me about it. She has a harness and a leash and does it just fine with that and he’s always in my arms. There was a lot of misunderstandings going on today with that staff. The front desk girls are so great they always have been. Just the female vet and her assistant need some adjustment in their customer service. They spoke so rude to me and accused me of not being clear with them when intern, they were not listening to me why I brought the cat and I had to tell them three times and they told me I never told them. They ended up telling me I was not allowed to come back to my vet of 25 years almost. All because of the cat carrier.
