To Whom this may concern, As I have read through the Pro's & Cons of Valley View Animal Hospital below, and I would imagine after this post - it is apparently clear this facility is after one thing only, and that is, Money, your money to be exact. We were referred to this clinic prior to an aliment our dog was experiencing. Like everyone has mentioned before, this clinic is clean and the staff is relatively nice in nature. At first glance, this place might be a step above the rest of the clinics out there, until they bring you and your dog or cat etc. into what you think is the examination room, it is not. That room is for you to wait in, while they take your pet away to their lab or the real examination room. I don't know about and how you feel by someone taking your family member away from you, and you not able to see what their doing to your family member or (Pet). Oh, hell no, youre not taking my Family member away and I don't get see what youre doing to him or her. Just like if it was your own Baby being taken away from to another part of the hospital. Ain't going to happen, but my wife's sister recommended this place, so we played along with it. After, they get done examining our dog, it is then, they let us into to lab and pick up our pet that's in a holding area, in the back. WTF? So we're led back into the second holding room to where they come in and go over what they found, without you being there to watch them. Huh? Finally, after all that showing of control over you and your pet, you get the Bill for the visit and meds, In this case, it was for our dogs - itching. The final fees were well north of three hundred, which only lasted three weeks. So, we called this vet clinic to voice our concerns, that we spent that kind of money, and you would think it help with our dogs itching for a couple of months or so, nope. They wanted us to come back in and spend more money. We declined the offer. So that brings to today, we called this clinic and asked for help in getting some relief in the form of getting a refund on some that, three hundred and they said, No!! So, if you like spending money, and you don't mind if your pet, family member, gets taken away from your view, then by all means take your pet there. But, I sure would, want to see, what your doing to my pet in some other room. These guys are a trip. Save your hard earned cash and find another clinic that does not have these kinds of policies. Move along Folks, there is nothing to see here. this is a little long, but I wanted to let you know the reasons why this place isn't worth it. Thank you,

I had a wonderful experience at this animal hospital. Dr. Kim is exceptionally kind, providing honest assessments without pushing unnecessary treatments or medications. Previously, another clinic charged me over $2,000 for my puppy’s ear infection, but Dr. Kim offered a reasonable and straightforward approach. I highly recommend this hospital for their integrity and compassionate care.

The entire staff at ValleyView Animal Hospital is incredibly supportive, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Switching vet care to valleyview for our Sadie was difficult as she was already in her senior yrs and with health issues but Dr Kim and staff has helped us so much through all these medical hurdles and until now our precious Sadie has overcome them all. We know it wouldn’t have been possible without their help.

Dr Kim is very thorough when examining my four dogs. He is also very receptive to our dog’s individual needs and administers effective treatment. He is very approachable and has a very friendly demeanor. The staff are friendly as well and treat our dogs with care. I highly recomend Valley View animal hospital to anyone who wants a good and friendly Veterinarian.

Dr. Kim and the supporting staff have been taking phenomenal care of my cat, Ruby. I just took her back for her 3 month follow-up to recheck her urine, and every time we come they’ve always made us feel welcomed. A few months ago, Ruby was having lots of accidents outside the litter box, some blood in her urine and overall I could tell she was just uncomfy. When I took her in, the doctor recommended running some diagnostics. He checked her bladder using ultrasound, took samples of her blood and urine for labs and sent us home with antibiotics in the meantime. Her bloodwork was normal but the doctor determined she had crystals in her urine, so he recommended to change her food to a urinary health diet and a follow up of her progress after a couple months. I appreciated how thorough he was with his explanations to confirm that I was in the loop. Ever since initial treatment, she’s been doing much better. Her labs are improving, but not yet where the doctor wants her to be. Thankfully she’s enjoying her new food because she needs to stay on it to keep improving. Again, super grateful to all the staff for making Ruby and me feel as calm as possible in an otherwise scary situation, and I can tell that they care for my cat as if she was their own. The staff’s friendliness makes it a place I want to come back to.
