My parents starting taking our animals to Valley Vets in the late 80’s, when I was a kid. We had a chihuahua become paralyzed in ‘95 or ‘96. He was only 8 or 9, but we all thought it was the end of the road for him. Dr Daly and his team operated on Nicky and not only did he walk again, he lived another 8 years. I currently take my cat (Wolfie) to them for various treatments and grooming. They’ve been very helpful with our transporting issues, as well as understanding Wolfie’s anxiety.

Take your dog's here, if you want decent service. Do NOT take your cats here. It's a business, and staff make it CLEAR you are a just a customer with a wallet with no consideration to the delicate environment a vet's office needs. My pets were both patients for two years here, and it was certainly a fine experience. The male vet who handles the dogs is great. The female vet who handles cats always came off as rushing our appointments, as if she had anything better to do, and consistently lectured me about the treats my cat receives. Not in an informative way, but overly long, very uncomfortable focus. She did this to me on three separate occasions, even after i changed my cat's treats and noted it with the front desk AND her, meaning it was never changed in my cat's file. We finally switched when the vet handled my cat in an extremely awful way. I brought my cat in for a normal checkup, and the vet seemed frantic and rushed. I get it, it's a busy job, but that gives you zero right to take it out on the animals YOU chose to see as a profession. She barely looked at my cat, said she was fine, attempted yet AGAIN to lecture me about treats she was not receiving, and when I tried to ask some questions concerning my cat, she flung her hands up and started sighing and hemming and hawing. I tried to bring up a life long vomit response my cat has that another vet already looked at years ago for her second opinion, and she said she had no clue rather aggressively, and wouldn't listen when I explain it wasn't an eating factor. "I said to just journal what she eats when she throws up, I don't know." When I tried to insist there's more detail, the vet rolled her eyes, came over, grabbed my cat's head and roughly jerked her around while looking in her mouth and at her teeth. My cat is little so the vet's fingers were shoved in her little mouth, which all made her gag and stumble in the end at how rough it was. Vet said she didn't see anything wrong and the cat was fine, just journal. I went in the next day to remove ourselves as clients and send my pets' files to their new vet, and the front desk floundered and seemed passive aggressive, even confused on what to do. I still got spammed with calls about follow ups and appointments, until I finally answered and informed them I switched vets a month ago. They were surprised and insisted there was no note on my profile that this happened.

This clinic has been a fantastic provider of vet services across the board. I've always been given great recommendations for preventative care, as well as clear instructions on how to administer at-home care when required. The front staff is professional and kind as well.

We had an very nice boarding experience last weekend. The staff there, Kaitlyn and Callie, when we picked the dogs (8 years and 13 years old) up, were great! Callie gave us lots of information on how the dogs behaved while they were there. She complimented them and even paid special attention to the 13 year old to be sure he ate his supplements. My sweet beardie owes his life to her. She didn’t give up, when a another vet did. He is thriving, thanks to her. Also the front office staff are so knowledgeable and professional. So give them all 5 well deserved stars. 💕🫶💕
