What a great experience! They were so nice and loving to my dog Simon. They called me with an update on how the dental was going. When I came to pick him up he was hanging out in a room with the people that worked there (not in a kennel). They spent time explaining everything to me and what I should look out for while he was recovering.

Leaving a review for Dr. Elise and Monica is a must! My cat didn’t get an annual exam for a few years because she gets EXTREMELY anxious. No other vet had been able to draw blood and perform a complete wellness exam on her because of this. Until Dr. Elise and Monica arrived to our lives. They truly are compassionate and provide a less stressful experience for animals. They were so compassionate and understanding with my cat and us and were able to use their incredible skills to perform the most complete wellness checkup my cat has had in her life (she’s 12 years old). They did a wellness blood panel, manual manipulation of my cat’s spine, gave her the rabies shot, and palpated my cat better than ever. I’m beyond grateful to them and so relieved that I finally found a team that is able to care of my cat and keep her healthy. Thank you Dr. Elise and Monica for making this an amazing experience and making my cat, my husband and me feel safe and cared.

I've been a customer for about a year now. They never think I'm crazy! The other day I scheduled an appt for one of cats reoccurring issues. A staff member contacted me to make sure that he really needed to be seen. The fact that she contacted the doctor, and the doctor took the time to review why I thought he needed an appt was above and beyond. Vet care is not inexpensive (but you get what you pay for). I appreciated that they balanced his care and my wallet. they never made me feel like they didn't want to bother coming out but rather that it was an unnecessary stress for him, and that they would always be there to answer questions and come out if needed. They went back and forth with calls to the doctor at least 2 times to make sure we were doing the right thing for my cat. I LOVE Valet Vet. Noah would definitely recommend :)

Excellent experience. The two individuals from Valet Vet who came to our house (Channing and Gabby) were the perfect balance of professional and personable. It's clear they truly love animals and genuinely care about the ones they care for. They answered all our questions, provided all the info we needed to make informed decisions, and showed a great deal of respect in letting us choose the option we believed to be best for our dog. hi guys, i’m sure you’re used to everyone’s parents leaving reviews but i decided to take this one into my own paws. i’m a very shy aussie that definitely believes in stranger danger. but with my new friends at valet vet? it changed! dr. kaitlyn was so kind to me despite me not wanting peanut butter at first, and the tech was just so nice and reassured me everything was okay when i had to get poked. it definitely helped knowing my mom was right there with me. i didn’t even bark at them! i definitely will be telling all of my other furry friends about my new friends! best vet experience ever!!!! finch
