Vale Park Animal Hospital

We have used Vale Park Animal Hospital for our four dogs since moving to the area 3 years ago. All of the staff have been wonderful. Today was nothing short of that. We had to make the difficult decision to put one of our Danes down. They made this very difficult choice as comfortable as possible. Everything went smoothly and the staff was so caring and compassionate. We will forever be thankful for making this as easy as possible on us.

Dr. Brent + Dr. Bill both have incredibly kind bedside manner. They are gentle + compassionate and I’m so thankful for their care with my sweet girls. Highly recommend seeing these 2 doctors for your fur-baby needs.

I am so grateful! My dog has a history of UTIS and turns out an entire bladder full of stones. After going to a previous vet, and not getting any answers or improvements, we mad the switch the vale park! Dr. Walker and Dr. Sheller are both incredibly caring and knowledgeable. They really took the time to answer all of our questions, addressed our concerns and gave us multiple options. We had a horribly scary experience of our dog passing a bladder stone last night, resulting in vomiting, severe pain, and lots of blood. After taking her to an emergency vet and not getting any reassurance, treatment, or even seeming slightly concerned, I called vale park and they got us in the do a potential surgery immediately. We went with an alternative option for the time being because of her being able to pass it on her own but are now very much aware of our options and feel confident our senior girl is in the best possible care. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Wallis & Sydney! I have a new Puppy, who is 4 months old & suffers from seizures. I've seen Dr. Wallis twice now. He is very compassionate & has a conversation with me rather than giving me a medical lesson. I feel we are a team working together to figure out the cause of Roxy's seizures & I'm confident he'll do everything he can for her. His approach to medicine is humble & he explains things in such a way that make you see that he genuinely cares. Not only in his approach to medicine but also in how he interacts with Roxy. Sydney is amazing as well & Roxy loves her. They play & snuggle & it just makes my heart happy to see this adorable puppy who is going through a lot be so loved. I want to be greedy & keep them to myself but I can't because I think everyone deserves a TEAM that loves their fur babies just as much. I'm a woman of God & I'm so grateful I found Dr. Wallis. I highly recommend him. Especially if your baby has serious concerns like Roxy. I know we have a very long road ahead of us to figuring out the root of her seizures. However, I feel better knowing Dr. Wallis is going to do everything he can to get her better. Thank you Dr. Wallis & Sydney, you are both amazing human beings & I pray God blesses you!

I have a fearful dog and they were so great with her here! Much better experience than any vet I’ve been to before. Highly recommend if you have an anxious dog. Very nice and welcoming doctors and staff

Just took our Great Dane Clyde to this facility for surgery and can not say enough good things about the care and treatment he got. From the first time we walked in the staff was incredible. Our vet recommended this place for the surgery, and we see why. 100% top notch!!

All the workers are so caring and treat your animals great.. They are very thorough With their exams On your pets. Highly recommend for your pet needs
