The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable, and the facility was very nice and clean. We did not end up getting treatment at the time, but waited to go to our regular vet the next day. They still took great care of my cat Murphy and did not make me feel pressured at all! I was glad I went for the peace of mind to wait overnight. Prices really were not that unreasonable considering it was after hours urgent care. Much more cost-effective than other emergency vets I’ve heard of.

The techs were very sympathetic for the hardest decision we had to make for our baby boy. She was very patient while I composed myself over the phone to tell her what we needed to do. She understood and waited for me to speak. Then when we got there they took us in right away (as we had checked in online) once in the room she explained everything very thoroughly and gave some yummy treats to make him very comfortable and gave us as much time we needed to with him and once we were ready and the doctor came in she was so so consoling and once again explained what she would be doing and once she was done and our sweet baby was gone she gave us as much time we needed to say our final goodbye to him. This is the best place I’ve ever been too even though I had never heard of an urgent vet for pets but I’m glad I called. The facility is very clean and the staff is awesome. Not to mention very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend anyone I know with pets to bring their fur babies here.

Beyond grateful for this clinic and its staff. I’d used it once before for my dog boogies and it was a great service, but tonight’s services really showed how compassionate, sympathetic, kind, and loving this clinic’s staff is as I brought in my 15 year old chihuahua expecting to leave without her, but was able to bring her home with some bit of hope. Forever grateful for the way their supervisor, Reese, and the Dr showed up for me and my sweet granny dog. Clean, quality customer service and care for the pet and owners. Highly recommend for urgent care / emergencies.

My two dogs got into an altercation with one of them having a pretty decent laceration. Everyone there that I spoke with was kind and understanding. Dr. Ellis explained everything that was going to need to be done and came and spoke with me after the procedure was finished. The clinic manager worked with me and helped me with cost. You can’t plan a vet emergency and I certainly wasn’t prepared for this. It was very busy night for them but they took their time and helped me during a very stressful time. We are two days out from the procedure and my boy is back to himself. He’s having a hard time being chill since he’s only one but we’re managing.

My poodle (who is also nursing 3 week old puppies) ate a huge ball of dark chocolate. They were able to get her in right away and give her the treatment she needed. Everyone was very caring and professional. They even called me back after my initial call to see if i could get her in, to make sure the puppies would be ok. They went over pricing and any options for care before any treatment was done. Very reasonable pricing. I was impressed with how nice and clean the facility was. They also had snacks and drinks if needed. I would 100% go back to them if I had an emergency with any of my pets. Highly recommend them!!!
