The care team and vets here are so outstanding! I always feel so taken care of My pup has been to over 14 different vets and I only can confidently recommend 2 to family and friends and this is one of them. The minute we walked in, I was welcomed by the nicest and most caring staff member Holly. She was so so good with my dog and took the extra time to make sure my dog was super happy and comfortable throughout the entire process. They spend so much quality time with my dog and answered all my questions and never rushed me once like some vet and doctor visits. I have never felt so so cared for. Words cannot speak about how great the team is here and they are so so knowledgeable! I will not go anywhere else and would recommend to anyone! Dr. Kimberly May was so amazing too! She is one of the best vets in the state. My dog has really bad vet anxiety but in the middle of the appointment she fell asleep so peacefully when she was with the vet. I have never seen my dog so comfortable in a vet clinic like Urgent Vet.

This place has been a lifesaver. I have multiple animals and the staff are beyond amazing with each of them. They listen to my concerns and are transparent with the cost and are honest about what should be done to figure out what wrong with my pet. They have done such an amazing job that my sister goes here now as well. They are great with her dogs. Dr McDonald is beyond amazing. I brought my grandpas dog here and she handled a very difficult situation with amazing understanding. I highly recommend this place to anyone. They have saved me so much money and my pets so much trauma from an emergency vet. The staff go above and beyond not only for the owners but also for the pets.

I just called to inquire about our pup eating blue cheese and the woman who answered the phone was awesome! She listened to my concerns, consulted with the vet and followed up with me. So often when you call a place people are in a hurry to get you off the phone or don’t even care what you say. This was such a refreshing experience. Thank you.

Great experience for my dog with kennel cough. Dr. Mercado took her time figuring out the best medications for my Great Dane and the most cost effective ways to get the medications. Dr. Mercado really cares about her patients, is very knowledgeable, made my pup feel as comfortable as she could and I highly recommend this place. Don’t expect a quick visit, this is an urgent care and they see very many patients in a short amount of time. Be patient and your pet will receive fantastic care.

My dog’s experience at UrgentVet was absolutely fantastic. Everyone there was very kind and caring. The service was absolutely fantastic and the pricing was very fair. The visit was both thorough and efficient. I am extremely grateful to have such a wonderful option for when my regular vet is not available.
