I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the waiting lobby (w/ free water and granola!) and exam rooms, and the smoothness of checking in. The exam took a couple hours, and after an X-ray, ultrasound, and a blood test, the underlying problem was never identified. I had to push multiple times for any answer at all, between being relentlessly offered other services at higher prices. And I’m not naive, I understand that you can’t put a price on these things, but a simple “no” wouldn’t due most of the time. For anyone interested, the above services and the fees for the exam, fluids, and nausea shot was $1500.

I was traveling from South Carolina to Georgia and my dog got sick on the car ride. He couldn't move and began yelping. I found Urgent Vet and in 15 minutes my dog was seen. Jett received great service and at a reasonable price. Thank you so much for taking care of my fur baby.

My poor baby wasn't feeling well and his normal vet isn't open during the weekend. Thankfully I found UrgentVet and was able to make an online appointment and get him seen early the next morning. From the check-in to the checkout I was throughly impressed. The staff were super sweet and genuinely concerned about my baby and him feeling better. They were fast, friendly and affordable. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

Such amazing vets!! Took my sweet boy there after having some difficulty with his vet and him needing ear medication. I booked the appointment 10 mins prior to be there, Sarah came out the second I arrived and brought us to a room where she took care of my dog until the dr. Caleb saw him. Overall very fast service, very understanding of the situation at hand and helping me understand long term solutions to help him and they made sure pricing was 100% approved by me before moving forward with anything and offering other solutions if I had felt something cost too much. My baby is feeling 100x better today!! 🩷

We took our sweet dog here when our regular vet was unavailable. Dr. Canon and the staff were wonderful. They did some testing and gave us the results. Dr. Canon then referred us to Blue Pearl on L’ville-Suwanee Road for more detailed testing. Dr. Canon explained everything and discussed possible outcomes and next steps depending on what was determined from the results. You could not ask for a more caring and compassionate doctor and staff when going through the unknown.
