I am more than happy with this place. The doctor is amazing very kind, compassionate, professional and he cares about the pets. I definitely recommend this place 1,000…%( Sorry I forgot the name of the assistant ( lovely lady)* and the doctor send from Haven 🙏. What doctor call you early Sunday morning to ask how your pet is doing? … the one who loves his job and care about his pets like him. Thanks for taking care my princess Chanel.🥰🐕

Making an appointment with Urgent vet was extremely easy. Got an appointment right away on a Sunday. The staff were very helpful with my dogs coughing/wheezing issue. They were patient and took the time to discuss treatment. They also called the next day to check on him and to answer any further questions. Definitely recommend them.

We brought our beloved 13 year old male dog Koko because he wasn’t eating. The staff was very kind and considerate. They understood our situation and advised us of all options for care. They did not try to push the most expensive care options that may or may not cure our furbaby. We had to make a tough decision but the staff allowed us all the time we needed as we spent our last moments together. I appreciated the support and compassion we received during a tough time.

I called them because we were having an emergency with our dog, they were very helpful on the phone and told us to come in. I checked in online while my husband drove us to the urgent vet and we were seen immediately. The 2 people that helped us were so nice to my dog, she’s very anxious at the vet and they were very gentle with her. After assessing her they gave us an estimate with all of our options and were honest about what they thought was necessary. Berry is feeling much better today and I’m so grateful!!

Great Experience! Local vet was not able to get us in last minute so they recommend UrgentVet. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Overall had a very nice experience and would recommend them to anyone. Ron
