My experience was amazing. I was able to set an appointment online and gave me enough time to give my cat her medicine and get my things together. Every employee I spoke to was kind and understanding. They took the time to listen to everything I said, all my photos and notes. My cat is a bit Spicy and can be difficult to handle (even medicated) and the vet handled her amazingly. They took amazing care of her and treated her quickly and patiently. I would recommend this vet to anyone. My cat is 18 and o would trust these people over and over again with her. Thank you all so much for what you do.

These guys were amazing! They were professional, thorough and caring when my doggie was attached by some kind of bird/ animal in our back yard. They explained everything step by step and kept me in the loop about what his care would involve. They answered all my questions and treated my boy with love and respect. Again, Thank you so so so much!

Had an amazing 1st time experience. After calling multiple places for a visit and not having availability I was referred here and glad I was. Called once they opened and got an appointment asap. The place was clean and even had an area for coffee, water, and a snack. The staff was great, friendly, and knowledgeable. They treated us great and our puppy 🐶 was happy. Worth the 40 minutes drive for us. 🙏

Was able to get an appointment in under an hour. Dr. O’Neil and her team were compassionate and helpful. We visited on a Sunday night after hours of my dog’s regular vet. Urgent Vet is a great bridge of immediate care till following up at regular vet today. My only complaint is they wanted to charge me $85 for a belly bandage (should be included in price of the treatment). I disputed the charge and they removed it. See photo below.

Setting the industry standard! Very impressed with the facilities & staff. I’ve been a pet owner all my life & been to countless vet offices. This place is very clean, spacious, has great accommodations like scratch posts for cats & sound machines in the rooms which I’ve never seen anywhere before. The staff is the real sell, however. They’re swift & move with purpose! I’ve been twice & been in & out without hours long delays as with other places. They are very kind & obvious animal lovers who have not grown weary of doing their jobs, as I have found at other establishments. Their caring demeanor has remained resilient, despite the difficulty of working in an industry that can be taxing on the spirit. They have some alternative payment options & flexible hours (open late), which I appreciate, & they really value your input & preferences in your pets care. When your pet needs care in the moments that matter most, I recommend these professionals without question.
