I went to the Cave Creek location and had the best experience. It was a Sunday afternoon and my dog became unable to move. I called and they got me in immediately and cared so well for my pup. Superb service with very knowledgeable, caring staff. They took their time in explaining and gave me options. All this emergency care for about the same price as a regular vet visit. Plus my dog was going to be okay! 🤗 If you need urgent care for your fur babies, go here!

This is a great, modern clinic with caring and knowledgeable staff. The assistant came out to greet us and took my senior cat back right away. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done for him; his poor heart just gave out. The doctor was very supportive and caring (wish I remembered her name). They wrapped up my boy in blankets so I could hold him and spend as much time with him as I needed to say my goodbyes. The clinic offers several treatment rooms as well as a quiet, private room. Everyone there was wonderful. Cost for private cremation service and urn were very reasonable.

Dr. Hall and her team provided the best care to our pets! The first time we went in, was unfortunately to put down our bearded dragon. They normally do not see reptiles, but given the circumstances of the situation, they made an exception and took the best care of our beloved Dash to make sure he was comfortable until the very end. They went above and beyond during the entire process. They were truly a blessing in such an awful situation! The entire staff even took the time to write our family a sympathy card, which was totally unexpected and such an extra kind gesture! Last night, we brought in our cat Maggie, for an eye infection. Dr. Hall and her team proved yet again, just how great and caring they really are! Maggie was allowed to explore the room and there was a calming ambiance of low lighting and birds chirping. Maggie felt right at home and so did we! Dr. Hall even sat right on the floor where Maggie was comfortable to examine her. When bringing Maggie back after some testing and treatment, Rebecca brought her to us wrapped in a blanket all comfortable. She fell asleep in my arms until they returned with her treatment plan. They made Maggie feel so comfortable from the moment we walked in, it was as if we never left home! Dr. Hall and her team are the most honest, knowledgeable and caring clinic we have ever experienced. Even though it’s Urgent Care and more expensive, they have set the bar so high we don’t want to go anywhere else!i

Kind. Both the Tech and Doc were so kind. My dog was so comfortable she fell asleep a couple times in the room. 10/10 recommend based on the level of care and the compassion they had.

I was visiting from out of town and on the day of Christmas Eve, noticed that my dog was having pain and swelling in her eye. I felt so fortunate to get my dog an appointment at Urgent Vet that same day with very minimal wait time. The Dr. and staff were amazing! They were very friendly and kind to both my dog and me. After running some tests they treated her eye and gave me some drops to continue at home. By the second day she seemed so much better. The total bill was $250, which was more than reasonable considering the fact that she got in immediately and got great care. Highly recommend!
