The care from the staff at UrgentVet helped make the difficult and emotional end of life decision for our elderly dog a little easier. From the first call to inquire about euthanasia they were sensitive and thoughtful. We arrived and they got us back to the room (waiting area) where they talked us through the process and gave us options on how we would like to proceed. Cost was straight forward. It helped they were able to get us in quick and process everything quickly (because I didn’t want to wrestle back and forth about the decision), although they would have given us all the time we needed and absolutely did not rush us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping Teddy to the Rainbow Bridge. 🌈🐾

I will forever recommended the compassionate people at this UrgentVet. We had quite a scare with our chihuahua terrier mix. We traveled to 4 different vets who just thought it was constipation. His condition only got worse through the day so we decided to go to vet #5. While we still didn’t get answers after X-rays, we were able to eliminate a lot of the bad things and we have a care plan for our boy. They were understanding, stayed late after closing time, and overall just amazing people. And for them to call and check up after the appointment and actually be genuine about it is icing on top. They care for your pet as much as you do.

I cannot say enough about our experience with urgent vet. When we got there the wait was 2 hours but I would have waited two more hours for the kindness support and genuine heartfelt sympathy and empathy that came from the doctor and the staff. The love and kindness they shown to us and are jewels was very touching. The doctor was very thorough and upfront about our prognosis. It was a long drive to get here after our experience this is the only place that we would ever want to go taking our animal to be cared for in an emergency situation. We appreciate all that you do the care that you give we know it's heartfelt and very professional and we thank you I would recommend anyone and everyone to come to these people and let them show you how you should be treated and your dog should be cared for in any Veterinary Medical Emergency condition or visit. This place is wonderful I give five stars my wife says five stars and my Juju says five stars.

I can’t thank the team at Urgent Vet enough for their incredible care and quick action when our Doberman puppy ingested a foreign object. We rushed in, anxious and unsure of what to expect, but from the moment we walked through the door, we felt like we were in the best hands. The entire staff was compassionate, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient in their approach. They acted swiftly to assess the situation and immediately put a plan in place to prevent what would have developed into a major surgical emergency. Thanks to their prompt intervention, my dog avoided surgery and was back to his happy self in no time. I am so grateful for their expertise and attention to detail. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the staff communicated with me every step of the way. I highly recommend Urgent Vet for anyone looking for top-tier, compassionate veterinary care!

Went on a Saturday at 4:30 because my dogs hind legs were causing her pain. She refused to put weight on the right hind leg at all. I went to a different vet earlier that day with an appointment and waited 2 hours in a private room…they forgot we were there. Needless to say I left that place in tears. So much so that my mom called Urgent Vet for me. I immediately got an appointment and showed up a little early. Before I could even check in we were attended to by the vets assistant and a little later the vet who was also managing surgical patients. I felt like they genuinely cared for my dog, her pain and overall well being. It was a stark contrast from the other office I visited that day. I left within 30 mins with a diagnosis, referrals and medication. Needless to say, come here. You won’t regret it.
