These people are AMAZING! They were transparent about pricing and let me know the price of everything ahead of time. LaDasia is the best vet tech I’ve ever encountered. My kitty Tobi was injured and scared and curled up in her lap, and he’s very shy typically. The vet was Dr. Greer, she was awesome! Very soft spoken which I appreciate in stressful environments. They were also very fast! He was put under and cleaned up in less than 3 hours. I also had zero wait time. I’m impressed.

Staff was very friendly and took really good care of my super sick puppy. The only time that my puppy perked up and started wagging her tail was when Dr. Greer came in to assess her. There was some test, a diagnosis, fluids, anti-nausea medicine, and some prescription food to take home. She slept all night and the next day she was 90% better, improving as the day went on. Staff called the following day to check on her and to see if there was anything else that we needed, which was very thoughtful I would recommend 10/10

Upon arrival, there was no wait time for our appt. The vetrinarian and staff utilized techniques like positive reinforcement and gentle handling with our dog, Charlie. The vet discussed treatment options that were effective in helping him recover. Highly recommend this facility.

My dog saw Dr Greer at Urgent Care Vet. The tech Gabbie was very helpful and kind. Dr Greer saw my dog and his lab results for maybe 10 minutes. She would not listen to my feedback about my pet. I have had my pet for 14 years and have been through a lot of health issues with him. Dr Greer even commented to me that she had been a vet for 24 years. That is never a good sign that the vet sees you as a partner in your pet's care and health decisions. The area was newer and clean. Urgent Vet advertises they are cheaper than the emergency vet. But they piece together the tests and treatment which ended up being more that the local emergency vet, Metropolitan. Metropolitan has board certified vets including a critical care specialist, internist, surgeons, and dermatologist among others. Dr Greer has been a vet for 24 years without the board certification. Go to Metropolitan. You get more expert care at a cheaper price.

Easy to schedule and the veterinarian was great. We arrived 10 minutes before our appointment and we were greeted by a tech and taken to a private room where we told them my dog’s symptoms. They then sent in the veterinarian and we were treated and let go. The whole process took less than an hour. Cost was about what I expected and not too bad. We will definitely be returning if we need to in the future.
