I was able to schedule an appointment for my cat right away. Check-in was easy, and I really appreciated that the tech took us to the exam room quickly. My regular vet has a terrible waiting room where it is hard to keep curious dogs from running up to my cat when he is already stressed, so being moved quickly to the exam room took some of the stress away. The vet and vet tech took time to explain everything they were doing and what I needed to do next. Highly recommend!

Charlie’s visit to UrgentVet was very pleasant and reassuring for him. The veterinarian was extremely calm and gentle with him and understood his special needs. She and the vet technician took their time with him and were very reassuring with him. We were very pleased.

I want to thank the staff at UrgentVet in Falls Church for every thing they did for my sweet baby Kitty. My baby was suffering from respiratory distress and it was found that she was suffering from Pneumothorax that was cause by a tumor that we didn’t know about. The difficult decision was made to euthanize. The staff was so compassionate and allowed me time to have all the kisses and love and allowed me to be there and hold her until the very end. I cannot thank Alicia and Dr. Worn for showing me and Kitty the up most support during this difficult time!

It took me some time to write this review. Unfortunately, about a month ago, I lost my beautiful girl, Joree, to cancer a diagnosis we weren’t aware of until the very end, when it was too late to do anything. There was no treatment option available. From the time of her diagnosis to the day we lost her, it all happened within 10 days. Our veterinarian told us that we should bring her in as soon as she had difficulty breathing and that we might have to put her to sleep. Unfortunately, the cancer had spread to her lungs. One night, her condition suddenly worsened, and we rushed her to the emergency clinic the next morning, where we had to say our final goodbyes. It was a Sunday, and our regular vet was closed. In that moment, I found this clinic. I cannot thank the kind people here enough. When you’re in such a devastating and helpless situation, all you want is for someone to genuinely share in your pain. Everything else becomes secondary. You just want to see someone who respects and understands the final moments of you and your beloved pet and treats you with compassion. I will never forget the sensitivity and kindness you showed us. From the lady at the front desk to the entire team working inside, thank you from the bottom of my heart, on behalf of my husband and myself. Nida

I brought my senior kitty in on a Sunday. I was taken right away at my appt time back to a nice, clean quiet room. The staff were both extremely kind and knowledgeable. They listened to all my concerns and created a plan to treat my pet. The atmosphere was truly designed to help both the pet and owner feel less fearful. The price was very reasonable. I wish I could leave a thousand stars!
