My sister and I can’t say enough about this practice and the incredible people that surrounded us during a hard time yesterday. We took our old lab in and ended up having to euthanize. Charlie was there for us and our old man the entire time. We couldn’t have asked for more.. Charlie was down on the floor providing comfort and love to our lab and made sure he supported us all through the process. The veterinarian was also very supportive, compassionate, and understanding. Thank you to the team for giving us the comfort of knowing we brought him to the right place to say our goodbyes.

Highly recommend!! Staff were quick, kind and compassionate. Facility is clean, easy and affordable. You can make appointments easily online, we were taken back right away and the entire staff loved on my dog. What was most appreciated was the transparency; honest, straightforward. We treated symptoms and it did not cost an arm and leg. Actually believe we would've paid more at our regular vet and we would've had to wait days. This is a great place, thanks guys!

I unfortunately had to lay my 17 year old baby to rest here yesterday. I have been to Blue Pearl a few years ago for another fur baby emergency, and had a terrible experience. This place is a breath of fresh air! They were comforting, honest, and efficient. I am thankful for the team working here. If you have an emergency, this is the place for you. 🩷

We had never had to let our furry child leave us to go to that rainbow bridge. After 14+ years we had no choice. Urgent Vet couldn’t be more compassionate and supportive. The staff cried with us. I was up north visiting my daughters, but was able to see him through messenger as my husband was there with our Beloved Bennie. What an amazing, incredible wonderful people. About a week later, I got the urn and I was amazed at what a wonderful job they did as well as doing a footprint of my best friend, my confident, the one that I knew was always there for me. My heart will always be part of him, and he will always be in my heart . Thank you for making this transition the best that anybody could do for a family like us under the circumstances.

The vet tech and the veterinarian were incredibly friendly and customer-oriented. When they entered the exam room, they sat right down on the floor and greeted our dog, Tickle. They informed me of everything they were going to do and answered all my questions. Now Tickle sees them as friends for life.
