I drive an hour here as a last resort considering the time my cat needed help. I was so so so so happy with the service. They truly care about your pet and are so patient and considerate and loving. Such gentle hands and hearts at this location. I blindly can recommend them to anyone. I will forever be grateful for their help tonight and patience with me and our kitty. We appreciate you all so much Update 24 hours after my cat is doing so much better. Still getting her strength back but she’s alive and that’s more than enough. Thank you for saving her.

I have had nothing but incredible experience there. The staff is friendly and very attentive. They took amazing care of my Olivia. She is on the mend and getting better each and everyday. I can’t thank the staff enough for how they treated not only me and my partner but my baby Olivia. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

We have 3 cat buddies. Our cat, Bonnie was in howling in pain when we took her in. Easy to set a time online and the staff is wonderful. They identified the source and gave her a shot to help along with medicine to take home. They sent a medical record to our vet’s office and to my email. Better yet, cost is reasonable - lots cheaper than the emergency vet clinic close by. I highly recommend this clinic.

Going to the vet is always a challenge emotionally and financially, but the team here handled it with such grace and care. Even after needing to return a day later they were so kind and accommodating. I think the prices are pretty higher than an average vet visit, but that’s not out of the norm for being an emergency vet (I’d only dock them 1/2 a star for that if I could do halves!). It’s nice to feel like it’s a team that really cares and doesn’t just see you and your pet as dollar signs. Also just a very clean, well maintained office which is nice.

Doris and Dr. Taylor were kind and patient with us. Our cat was attacked by 3 dogs and we brought him in around 6pm on a Saturday night. They were gentle with my very scared cat. In addition to caring for Shane, they were considerate of my 4 and 6 year old granddaughters who had witnessed the trauma. Dr. Taylor called after his to let me know the results of Shane's xray. I even received a follow up call the next day to see how our old man was doing ♥️
