I brought my 6-year-old French Bulldog late at night after he had an allergic reaction to his vaccines. My poor baby broke out in hives and was so swollen he couldn’t open his eyes. My husband and I arrived, and the staff brought him inside right away to provide immediate care. They monitored him for about an hour, ensuring the medications were effective and frequently checking on him, including taking his temperature. I also appreciated their suggestion to contact my regular vet so they can reach out to the vaccine manufacturer for allergic reaction treatment reimbursement. Thank you so much for saving my baby!

Everyone I interacted with at the Gainesville location was so nice and caring. I brought a stray cat here who needed medical help, and everyone was so sweet to him. I think the vet tech's name was Jordan. He was so caring. I don't remember the vet's name, but she was very caring also. Even the girl who brought me into the exam room offered me a water and a blanket when I said I was cold. The prices aren't that cheap, but I'm grateful they are open at night and on weekends when other vets aren't.

Jordan was the best! Give this person a raise! Was very impressed by this vet tech and their compassion for cats. He's going to be a fantastic veterinarian. Watched me fall apart in the clinic and was nothing but kind and understanding. The lead vet was kind and concise and made sure I understood all my choices.

My dog had some undiagnosed eye problems. Took him in, was promptly seen and diagnosed. Sent home with some meds right around an hour, probably a bit less. But the pricing was honesty surprised me. My walking out price was a bit less than I was prepared to pay which was also nice. Much cheaper than some of the alternatives would have been l. Well worth the peace of mind it bought me until I can see a regular vet slash surgeon. Thanks, would come again

24/7 Vet care at very reasonable rates. Yesterday I rescued a small kitten off the side of a busy highway. My intention was just to get her off the road but I could see she really needed some help. The local vets were closed after a hurricane, understandably, even though it was within their normal hours. I drove an hour to get to UrgentVet and I wasn't disappointed. They took great care of her, Helene naturally, and I'm confident she'll bounce back quickly... I would definitely go there again...
