Today(Sunday), I took my dog Luna in due to having diarrhea for several days and passing blood. With the in-coming snow storm I wasn't sure I would be able to get into the vet on Monday or she would worsen. I was able to save a spot for as soon as they opened. It was easy to sign-in and we were almost immediately greeted. All of the staff was so friendly, understanding, and helpful. Everyone was easy to talk to. They treated my dog as their own dog and kindly listened to all my dog mom information. We were able to get in and out in a timely manner. I am grateful for this vet and emergency vet go between. I highly recommend you coming here. The cost is reasonable as well.

I simply can not recommend this place enough! From the process, to the staff, to the care that they provide is so comforting and appreciated by worried fur parents. For being an emergency vet, we had to wait a bit but is completely reasonable given the circumstances that they never know what will come through the door. I urge people to be understanding that you may have to wait depending on the circumstances but know this staff will make sure you’re taken care of as quickly and safely as possible. The assistant came in to check on us and Jessica who took my girl’s vitals was one of the sweetest people that had ever cared for my girl. Thank you to the entire staff that took care of Guinness today!! She got all the belly rubs, love, and easy cheese a dog could want! You all are so wonderful, this area is so lucky to have you guys.

The team here was fantastic to work with! We were taken into our exam room right away. The women that worked on my dog were so sweet and inviting. They all were very diligent in his exams as well as taking their time to explain all of their findings in clear detail and answering any questions I had. I've, unfortunately, had plenty of other emergency vet visits over the years, many of which were actually good experiences, but this one will definitely stick out as my best experience so far! Thank you to everyone who worked with my boy. You were all so loving towards him! 💛

Great location, atmosphere, and staff, super clean facility! Was getting antsy with our super long wait, but understood once we were told they had only been open for 4 days and there was an unexpected emergency before us. Price was a little up there for our current budget, but was to be expected knowing that they are urgent/after hours. Staff was not only amazing about keeping us informed but were also great with our cat! We always dread taking him to the vet because he's so feisty, but the staff did so well with him and he did great with them! We could tell he really felt comfortable around them, and he's usually skittish if he doesn't know you.

Urgent Vets provided an outstanding experience. They offered convenient hours, and real people were available to answer the phone and speak with you. The facility was well-lit both inside and outside, clean, and had a pleasant smell. The staff was friendly and attentive. Even though the vet was busy, they delivered patient and pet-centered care, asking questions about your pet's needs and home environment. The vet took the time to educate us and offered realistic recommendations for care. The treatment was thoroughly explained, with consideration given to affordability.
