I had a very positive experience at this emergency clinic tonight. It was very convenient to be able to save a spot online. We didn't have to wait when we came in at 8pm. The competent and compassionate veterinarian and technicians took very good care of my little Sophia. They were efficient in coming up with a diagnostic and provided clear information, yet took their time to listen to my concerns and made my dog feel at ease. Thank you again 🙏

First time coming to an emergency vet. My cat started limping and I noticed a huge knot on his belly. I called in and they set an appointment for me on short notice. Process was smooth and easy. Checked in and was escorted to a room where my cat was examined and treated. The staff was amazing and friendly and their prices are more than fair for an emergency clinic. 100% recommend!

The setting and calmness made such a difference to the overall experience to the end of life of 19 years my Fur Baby Ruby I was able to hold her Sat in a Den like room with couch and chair a big doggie bed with blankets she was in my arms on my lap till her last breath like it’s supposed to be they let me be with her as long as I wanted I highly recommend Urgent Care Veterinary Care Hospital they are 10 in my heart and I live in Bonita Springs I have lost Fur Babies in the past and was so cold sterile stainless steel table poor baby was scared not a good way to go. Yes this was hard for me but but so much more humane will be picking her ashes next week. T Ruby’s Mom

My dog had a tick on her which I had removed the day before. She awoke 4:30 am vomiting bile. She ate well the whole day but just lay in bed and lethargic. Looked for urgent care and found this place. Quickly got an appointment online. Was reminded via email and told exactly what would happen when arriving. Signed in on kiosk and was almost immediately put in a private room. A tech came in and took all vitals with great care and asked what was wrong with our dog. She then explained that there were 4 other dogs at the same time and it might be a long wait. After about 45 minutes (after several apologies from the tech) the vet came in and fully examined our pet. She took her time and was very thorough with her exam and her explanation as to why medicine for a tick bite was not appropriate for the situation. I was pleased at how thorough her explanations were and comfortable leaving the facility. They said if she was still sick the next day to bring her back free of charge. Luckily she was better the next morning and I believe she ate something that made her sick. The charge was fair and I would go back again and already have given a friend a glowing review of this facility for her dogs.

UrgentVet Fort Myers was so wonderful! My cat has never been sick in 7 years and I came back from a trip to him having some pretty bad diarrhea. I was in and out within two hours, they give you a price breakdown of everything while you’re there, and he had multiple tests done and sent home with medicine. He was better within two days and I really attribute that to their compassion and love for animals. Would 100% come back!
