We had an unexpected situation with our senior cat. From the start arriving at this urgent vet we felt welcomed and taken care of. The check in staff member was wonderful as was Dr. Emily and our tech Reinee. Our cat is already on the mend (drinking and eating from the moment he arrived home) - and we feel like his path to recovery is understood and manageable. Thank you so much Urgent Vet for Pets!!!

May 15, 2025 · Maryam RuddenWhen our local vets could not see our cat, we took him to this new-to-us walk in vet. What a find! No appointment, very little waiting, and the cost was in line with regular vets. Dr Burbridge and her assistant Mariah were patient and thorough going the extra mile by calling our two reg vets twice to get needed records. Great care. Great people. Star says thank you!
Feb 25, 2025 · Carole McKenzieI love the staff here and the way they have cared for my fur babies. Up front about costs, one of my babies had a tumor and they didn’t try to push unnecessary costs on me just to make money when they knew it wasn’t a guarantee that she could be saved. Also, they had to perform an emergency surgery on my other baby, they gave me all of the options along with the cost of each and let me make the decision without any pressure. Absolutely love them!!!
May 15, 2025 · TIA BARNETTOur dog Nelly was unable to walk out of the blue called the vet that morning got us right in. They were an amazing team. Emily knew what her diagnosis was and immediately took action. Got her meds and the next day she is back to her normal self. I am so grateful for such a great vet place. They were up front on cost and came within the price range. We are very impressed and greatly recommend them. BTW she was diagnosed with not lyme disease but another tick born illness that caused her to have a slightly high fever and her muscles having pain and not being able to walk on her back legs. Symptoms came on overnight and it's been a year since I had pulled a tick off her, so it can take a while for symptoms to show up. She is a happy doggy now! First day she just rested. Today she is running and jumping. Thank you again to a great vet team. You Rock!!
Mar 08, 2025 · April LearnedI could not ask for a better Veterinarian Clinic to help us send our golden retriever to heaven! Dr. Reiner and her team were so sweet, kind, and understanding throughout the whole process. I could feel that they cared about our precision, “Charlie.” I cannot thank them enough for leading us through this painful process!
