Urgent Petcare

Took 12 yr old Jill chihuahua our princess for a urinary tract infection and was seen and given quality care and we have seen significant improvement with meds and glad that there is a urgent facility for our furry loving pets. Yes it is quite a financial experience but in our hearts with devotion to our pets we know that yes you are getting the very best peace of mind that they are in good loving hands when going through emotional upset at the time of visit. My dog needed a vet asap, after calling around and being told they were all booked for the next 4-6 weeks I called UPC. I’m so glad I did!! My experience was great! The entire team was professional, they listened carefully and above all they treated my dog well and quickly. So relieved I was able to get care for her in the evening when most turned me away. Thanks and keep up the great work UPC. I am grateful and my dog is on the mend.

There aren’t enough words to describe my positive experience, and gratitude . Last night my puppy was right away taken inn for urgent 🚨 check up . At this vet ER are all amazing and dedicated people. My puppy was fine but I was very concerned 🤦‍♀️. Best place to take your baby pet for urgent care. Thank you very much to all of you at the clinic , I will always recommend you. More than that , Amanda just called me to check if everything was well with my fur baby, that meant a lot to me. Highly recommended. Absolutely 💯

You know those times when your dogs are just like your kids and they get sick or injured on the weekend? And you don't want to go to an expensive pet emergency hospital? Then this is the place to go! We got right in and everyone was so caring from check-in, to the vet tech and the doctor. Highly recommend this place when you really want your pet seen on the weekend especially

Our experience here was less than great. All they cared about was getting paid. Their palms were open to my wallet instead of petting my sick puppy with them. They showed no concern for my baby. After paying $1400 just for tests, they wanted another $800 to euthanize him. No sympathy or concern for our feelings while my husband and I were bawling our eyes out because we were going to lose our baby. We took him home and wound up having to go to another emergency vet to have him put to sleep and paid $255 including having his remains returned to us.
